I had the worst experience with Karen at store # 2006 in Naperville, IL. She was not friendly and tried to charge me and tell me I needed a label instead of bar code even though my package from Walmart clearly stated that I didn’t and that UPS could label and package it for me. There was a woman returning an item next to me with a barcode as well and her item was processed just fine by the other clerk. I will be calling corporate to report this issue.

Can we all agree that UPS is an utterly enormous rip off? I go in there with an Amazon package. Amazon only gave me one package for two items. Had I really thought about this ahead of time, I would have brought an additional box because I do have them at home, however, I got there and they said you need to purchase another bag And I was like cool, I’ll buy another bag. How much is it? And they were like it’s four dollars. $4 Dollars for a tiny Plastic bag! which probably cost them $.50. And then additionally, my bag was not taped up…so UPs said they needed to charge me an additional two dollars to tape it up. I said “had I known, I would have just taped it at home and you want to charge me two dollars for tape? Ridiculous! UPS in its entirety needs to seriously rethink the costs they are passing on to the customer. Not only that but, the people at this store were not the brightest to say the least - one star terrible place.

The store was very nice and Ana is really a hard worker and she does everything efficiently and nicely. She makes our experience at the UPS store really quick and good.

I brought my two kids into the store with me while I was shipping an item. Nada was absolutely incredible. He was entertaining them while I got my business sorted, and he not only gave them a lollipop, but he must have had a collection of hot wheels for this specific occasion, because he surprised them both with a toy car for them to take home. I was super impressed and can’t say enough good things about such a wonderful employee

I came here to sing Nicole's praises. During a print order, the team accidently used card stock instead of normal paper. She personally called me to tell me that I would not only receive my copies as ordered, but that she is also letting me keep the card stock ones. Toward the end of the call, she even gave her personal cell number in case I had questions. I couldn't believe how above and beyond Nicole went. Bravo!

This UPS store location is the best- thanks for blessing the citizens of Naperville with a quality store that offers a great environment of professionalism. Pam and Jim offer an outstanding customer service that rivals the united states post office.

This store is fantastic. Karen is the most fantastic woman! She provides the best customer service! No matter how busy it gets in the store, she is so patient, calm and knowledgeable. She extends the same kindness to each customer and is great at explaining how to use the equipment/technology.

Well that was a waste of my time. Went to drop off a package and they said I need to pay 2 bucks for a piece of tape. I'll take it home where the other UPS store a bit less stringent on a piece of tape.
