Efficiency of this store is top-notch! Had gentleman hold door for me last week and stated, in a humorous manner, "she's in a bad mood today", then understood what he meant. "Allie" is well-versed in her job and efficient but snaps a, "what can I do for you" and her demeanor is anything but friendly and professional. She did the same thing to the individual who was after me so am aware it's potentially nothing personal.
Thought after sharing a comment with owners a few years ago, something positive would've come from this; but alas. Same owners have store on 75th near the Jiffy Lube; will drive over to that location. Those folks are always friendly and kind.

Came here and they’d charged me for needing tape on a box for $5. Needed label to print and they charged $2. Then wanted me to buy a box for $15….

Went in to print a document, Keegan went above and beyond to help me make my documents look great all while handling multiple customers at the same time. All three of the employees working were courteous and made the experience great.

Worst customer service by 2 teenagers no help to customers! No sympathy at all for the customers.
Sean and Keegan are the 2 guys working today needs to be educated on their job.
After coming to this location for years they changed their policy on taping packages for customers (they claim it was amazon policy change) instead of educating a loyal customer and making a one time exception the manager on duty enforced the $6 to tape a box or sell me a roll of tape. Wrost working people

Absolute nightmare to get insurance claim with UPS they will do everything not to pay even when they admit fault. Sevel phone calls which is extremely difficult to get though to someone. Just don't ship with any ups store because you won't get your money if they loose of damage your package

I visited this location today to return a couple of packages to amazon. Let's make this clear....THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION!! The employees are extremely rude, they are not there to help you , they do not respond to a question when asked, they just stand there is silence. They do not greet you or treat you with any respect and they act like you just being there is putting them out! I was appalled by the way I was treated! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be contacting the owner of this store!! This is completely unacceptable! I have 0% faith that my order was even processed correctly! At one point I asked for one of the items to be handed back to me so that I could confirm we scanned the right QR code. She wouldn't hand it back to me, so I asked again and she huffed and puffed as she did. I checked that one and she was very impatient and not helpful at all. I handed it back to her and she sighed and threw it down hard. I ended up returning four items, but my receipt only shows 3, so that's great!

They have recently moved to a new location, which is considerably more spacious and offers improved services.
Since this store isin the vicinity, we visit this location mainly for returns. The self-service counter is a great help when most of the associates are occupied serving other customers.
We recently came to know that they offer notary services too, popped by on a weekday afternoon and it was done in no time.
The premises are always kept clean and tidy, and the associates are friendly and welcoming.
The location is quite convenient, with ample parking available all the time. It is also located close to Jewel Osco, a gas station, and some excellent restaurants.
