I’ve been coming here for a bit over a year, the coaches are very personable and fun! They will challenge you to the best of your ability and then a bit more. Over the years I’ve been trying to loose weight but only with UFC Gym was I able to loose close to 40 pounds!

Best gym I've ever seen for getting in shape and I have the option of training in a variety of MMA courses and entering competition too! The owner, Ricardo Lamas draws a lot of good coaches there wanting to better their MMA skills. So they are the real deal. But the gym has a strong family vibe too. I love seeing the kids so excited in their wrestling classes as I get ready for a kick boxing workout.

OVERALL, a great gym if you are a BEGINNER. Emphasis on beginner. You can get great cardio and get your foot in the door in very basic martials arts. HOWEVER, there is no impactful and effective growth STRUCTURE. It seems it is just like a "move of the day" with no real foundation training. If you are looking to excel your martial arts training this is not the gym. This is more of a commercial MMA gym for weight loss, and that is all it is.

Website is completely misleading if not straight lies when it comes to pricing, as well as their free weeks. Also, i have a strong suspicion they sell their client phone # listings or whatever it’s called. Ever since I signed up for this place I’ve had non stop random calls from health related services.

My 8yr old son, I got him a membership. He loves it !! I love it as well. Great trainers and perfect training and exercise for the children. Love that you can visit multiple times a week for 1 monthly fee. Very nice staff

Can’t recommend this place enough! Clean gym with lots of equipment and space. Best staff and coaching with years of experience in wrestling/jiujitsu/boxing etc., where you can get started at any level. Whether I come for an individual workout or a group class it’s always a good time and hard push.

ScammersEven when you ask about cancellation they don't cancel your subscription and tried to steal your money each month and says for the membership (you already asked to cancel) and at the end they show like you owe them money
