Terrible service. I got a new phone screen for $180 and it didn't even work. I came back and they wanted to keep my phone for 48 hours for a 'diagnostic' before they would agree to replace. Of course we cant do that in the real world. Work is phones.
I want my money back.
Edit: A few days later I was contacted by customer service and got a half refund. Better than nothing I suppose

Worst experience ever. Took my phone with a screen issues it was returned with a black screen. Took pictures before walking in now getting criminal and civil involved.
Save yourself the aggravation and headache the owner will give you and go somewhere else.
I rated this a five because i Google only shows top rating post first and I wanted to warn the public of this place.

My tween dropped her phone and broke the screen. Couldn't access any info. Lots of anxious tears. UbreakIfix was able to quickly identify the problem, had the necessary piece for repair, and was able to return a functioning phone for 1/4 the price of a new phone. The repair took 4 hours, as they said. We were very happy with their service.
