Thank you turbo tub for fixing my hot tub. The motor mounts on my spa had rusted out and even though it was a pain for them to fix (had to lift the spa up to get underneath), turbo tub replaced the pumps and got my spa working again. Would definitely recommend you give them a call for service to your spa!

My hot tub had some major leaks. Turns out it was freeze damage. I went in and talked to Jay. He told me how to find the leaks. After i located the leaks, i cut the plumbing out and brought it all in. Jay pieced together everything i needed to get it up and going. Hands down the best place to get service. When i buy a new hot tub, im going to them. 10 ?'s

*** knows his stuff, and is a no-nonsense business owner.He has kept my Chairman **** (which we purchased used from him) running even when parts are scarce. He is always able to talk me through whatever the issue is and resolve my problem with the most cost effective solution.

We bought our dimension one spa over 14 years ago from Turbo Tubs. We live in the NW suburbs so choosing a Naperville vendor was something we discussed quite extensively. I can not be more pleased with our decision. In addition to outstanding price and product options, Jay and his team were both helpful and knowledgeable. So much so that to this day, we use the Turbo tubs team for any maintenance, including spa covers, or questions regarding the operation of our spa. Additionally, we buy all our chemicals from Turbo Tubs to ensure the highest quality of product. Their pricing and charges are very fair.I would not hesitate to recommend Turbo Tubs if you are considering a spa.

I called for a service call on June 1, 2023. After giving the needed repair issues and my credit card information, I was advised that the service repair technician schedule would be checked for my area and I would be called back. On June 8, 2023, I called back to confirm my appointment information and was spoken to an extremely rude person that later identified himself as the manager. After being told that I did not have an appointment scheduled because no credit card information was listed, I advised him that I did in fact give my credit card information, that is why the service schedule was being checked. I was also asked where I bought my tub (not at Turbo Tubs) because they take care of their customers first. I informed him that I have had recent repairs from them as well as a new cover purchase and that I have never had a poor attitude / service from them previously. I will not call this company again, nor will I be purchasing a replacement at Turbo Tubs.

I was referred to Turbo Tubs for service on my hot tub. I would use them again. The service tech, Nick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive based on stories I have heard from people about other hot tub service calls.

If you want a salty, rude, inexperienced dealer to do a half-ass job, Jay and his crew at Turbo Tubs, you are your guys. Giving them one star is generous at best.We bought an overpriced hot tub from them less than two years ago summer of 2021, during the pandemic. No other stores had anything available; Even Turbo Tubs only had two, so we were excited to get something even tho we knew we probably paid a premium for it. We were ok with that. In hindsight a bad idea as it's been problematic from the start.The digital control panel went out few months after we bought it. Luckily we were still under warranty, and Turbo Tubs came and fixed it for free. After spending so much money on the hot tube, I was disappointed, but at least it was resolved quickly and for free. I thought we should be good now. This was our only positive experience with them.SERVICE ISSUE 1: A year later, one of the LED bulbs went out. I called Turbo Tub, and they came out to fix it. Unfortunately, this is where things start to go downhill for them. The light was relatively easy to fix and still covered under warranty. However, as the tech was finishing up, I noticed he was trying to leave the spliced wires to the new light exposed before he put the insulation and cover back on. I called him out on it, saying I wanted that to be sealed properly. The last thing I wanted was an electric short from water on exposed wires. His response, "it's low voltage"! WTF? He tried to use wire nuts that were too big, and it failed. Then he got annoyed and said I have to go back to the shop (1 mile away). An hour later, he came back even more annoyed because his truck had broken down. He tried to half-ass use duct tape, which fell apart from his sweaty hands. I suggested he use smaller wire buts and secure it with electrical tape. He lost his cool and said: "******* customers telling me how to do my job." Once he realized what he said, he quickly tried to apologize and blame it on his annoying day.SERVICE ISSUE 2: Six months later, during routine maintenance, I had a number of items break. The hoses connecting the headrest to the jets all cracked The few plastic screws from the headrest cushions came outOne of the small light covers behind the headrest broke offSo I called Jay, and he said he would try to squeeze me on Tuesday, 4/18. Tuesday came and went. NO CALL, NO SHOW #1.I called them to see what happened, and he said the other calls took longer than expected. So he scheduled me for the next Tuesday, 4/25. Again NO CALL, NO SHOW #2.Called him again, and this time he tried to tell me he didn't have the hoses, which he had confirmed were in stock and even asked me how much I needed. I told him not to worry about the hoses and to come to fix the light. So he schedules me for Monday, 5/1. NO CALL ,NO SHOW #3At this point, I was done with them and called the manufacturer to complain and find another dealer.SERVICE ISSUE 3: Today, Tuesday, 5/2, the tech randomly showed up. I figured I'd let him fix the light while he was here. Except he tried to epoxy glue to fill the hole where the light cover had broken off instead of replacing it with the correct part. I stopped him and said what are you doing. He said Jay told him just to glue the hole, and I would never have this problem again. I said why would I want something functional to be permanently unusable, how is that a solution. He said he'll have to order parts. So I called Jay to see what he was thinking, and immediately I get attitude, and he tries to tell me I agreed to that work. I said why would I agree to that and he said 'you didn't even know those were lights" (which was true since I had never seen them light up and they are behind the headrest). I told him that was not the point and that if they had never lit up, there is a bigger problem because he sold me something faulty. He started yelling and said I'm going to hang up on you now, and you find someone else to fix your hot tub.Wow, just wow. Where is the accountability? Where is the integrity? If

I have a special needs son that loves our tub so when a repair was needed I wanted to get it as soon as I could. TT had the part, came the next day and it's warming up as I speak. Thank you for the fantastic service and being able to make it happen immediately. For sure will use TT in the future. In addition Nick, the tech who performed the work was thorough, polite and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Thanks TT.
