I stayed here on a work trip, and it was super convenient. The location seems a little sketchy at first because it's tucked between some commercial buildings, but I wasn't there for the view. The rooms are clean and sufficient for work travel. There is a 24-7 snack stand and coffee bar available. The breakfast is included and is pretty standard for a free hotel buffet breakfast. The best part was the contactless check-in and being able to use my phone as my key, using the Hilton app.

Looking for a place to stay where it is peaceful, smoke free, great complementary breakfast, then look no further! This place has all of the above! Not to mention the best soap I ever used!

Affordable option in pricey Naperville with decent breakfast. Weak OJ snf food coffee. Cracker Barrel is next door, otherwise nothing.Located in business park. Decent room size, but no closet. Bed was lumpy!!! Reminded of boutique hotel with vibrant colors.Noteworthy details: Downtown and Edwards Hospital are 15 minutes drive.Walked in parking lot around property for exercise, but has pool and gym. Decent breakfast. Beautiful weather during stay.

Overall we loved the stay here and recommend it to anyone .We were greeted warmly at checkin. The lobby and seating areas are clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and roomy enough. No drawer storage but plenty of shelves, a desk and hooks. The bed was comfortable. Room was easy to manage the temperature. Shower had plenty of pressure and the soaps in the attached dispenser was quite a nice touch. Our stay was quiet in the evening.Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The pancake machine was quicker than most waffle machines and makes 2 about a 4 inch diameter pancakes at a time. It has many topping options besides syrup…like berries, chocolate chips, almonds, whipped cream, etc. They appeared to be freshly stocked as we were there early on the first day and later on the second and third day. The other 2 hot items changed from bacon/instant scrambled to sausage links / instant scramble then bacon / omelet. I really enjoyed the omelet. Also had cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins hard boiled eggs and bagels. Each interaction I had with staff at all instances ( room changeovers, daily station cleaning , front desk ) all were VERY cordial .The following three things we feel kept us from a 5 star rating but by no means prevent us from staying again were…:The orange juice on day 1 just dispensed water. Was fine on day 2 and 3.The coffee and hot water stations were not maintained for evening use even though signage indicated it would be. 8pm coffee and hot water for tea was lukewarm. We also had a false fire alarm issue. We see this is a frequent issue for this location. We have never experienced one ever before. It was addressed quickly and we were lucky it wasn’t raining since we were downstairs playing pool and had no jackets as we stood outside.Again, we highly recommend this hotel

Tru Hotel Naperville is comfortable and quiet. I was going to be on the go for a long weekend in the Chicagoland area. I needed a place to sleep, shower and keep my belongings, Tru provided all of that in a quiet and comfortable environment. The rooms at a Tru hotel are on the smaller side which was fine for my needs and there was enough room to move around comfortably even with 2 suitcases. The employees are not only helpful but really nice too. I think the last thing I will say is that I am a woman in my 50s who stayed here alone and felt safe.

I've been a Diamond Member for years, and recently have let my account move down to Gold because I'm seriously considering letting go of the Hilton brand. This stay may have been the final nail in the coffin.First of all, let me start by saying the Front Desk staff and others we interacted with were AWESOME! All the employees we encountered were great people, with lots of smiles and all that.We flew in from the West Coast on a Monday, and were excited to get a good, long sleep, as we did not need to be up until 10:00am. This was going to help us catch up on that jet lag sleep...but then the fire alarm went off at 7:45am (it felt like 5:45am to us).No big deal. It happens. And then the second night, we were beyond exhausted (we were unable to go back to sleep after we were up from the alarm). So we went to bed beyond tired and were woken up, yet again, by a fire alarm at 1:30am.While we were waiting in the cold for the alarm to clear, another couple (unaware of the first alarm the day before) told us that they've stayed at this location twice before, and the alarm went off both times in the night. When asked about it the next day, one of the staff said "Oh, it just happens sometimes. Nothing really caused it."Needless to say...we're probably done with this brand, but definitely done with this location.Oh, and the Brown Sugar at the breakfast bar was old and crusty (check the video).

Fairly new hotel with modern decor and facilities. The training room is somewhat small, but there was hardly anyone there during my visit. The pool area was fun for the kids. After staying 5 days at the hotel, the selection for breakfast was very boring. A couple of days there was a lot of empty space and the staff were bad at refilling and keeping things in order. The rooms are not very large, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Large TV with options to log in to netflix etc.Rooms: Clean and beds was good.Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and restaurants in short drive from the hotel.Safety: Felt safe and the parking lot was well lit.Food & drinks: A bit boring selection of breakfast item

Check in guy was friendly and helpful. However, the rest of the customer service for three nights was horrible. The fire alarm went off the first night and the employees didn’t even acknowledge we can proceed back to our rooms when the alarm went off. Employees at the front desk are also too busy talking with coworkers to acknowledge you’re standing there and patiently waiting for them to wrap up personal conversations. Poor service and attitude.

It's new...rooms are small (which is ok), did not get room cleaned or towels over 4 night stay (had to ask for things). It was loud, you can hear just about anything going on above or around your room. If you are not a light sleeper, you should be ok.

I had the pleasure of staying at this location a few weeks ago August 19th through the 21st 23.Everything was up to par, from checking in, the cleanliness of the room and linens, to breakfast in the mornings, the laundry room, and outside seating area, were all up to expectations. The very scarce attribute of good customer service, can also be found here too. Definitely recommend. Thanks y'all and God bless.

The staff here are so friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's quiet and an easy location to find. Breakfast was delicious and this location has a pool and an option to log into your Netflix account. I would most definitely stay here again.

Difficult to work with. Paid to extend stay, and their card systems were down, entered my card manually for incidentals, which locked it and couldn’t fix issue. Had to stay elsewhere, and had a much better experience. Rooms were cool and clean, staff was nice. “Char” at front desk was awful, and was the only employee at hotel during issue. As other reviews state, she was very rude. The Hotel Arista, this is not…

This hotel was very clean, modern and has a lot of amenities. It is a great location for getting around the area quickly and there are many things close by. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Where we found that it fell short was in the design of the room. There was no where to put your clothes. It would be nice to have a real closet and drawers. We had to place our clothes on the bench under the TV and everything was exposed. That was uncomfortable for us, especially during cleaning days. Our biggest challenge was not having a tub in the bathroom. We travel with our toddler and it was really difficult to give her baths.Rooms: While the rooms are spacious and have nice wood floors, there is nowhere to put your clothes and very little space to hang your clothes. Everything is out in the open, which is difficult for maintaining privacy. There’s also no bathtub which can prove difficult when traveling with young children.
