Quick and friendly service. Though I don't feel like I was heard when discussing what frame size was best for me. (This was 2.5 years ago.) They suggested a size based on my height and my legs are short for my height. A smaller size was a better fit. I found that out by test riding a smaller frame size bike that I really liked the color of. If it hadn't been for that, I would not have ended up with the best frame size for me.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Take great care of our bikes, which are ready when promised. Bonus that it's located right along a major bicycle path thoroughfare (not by accident, I'm sure).

I bought my verge 2 at trek in June 2022. The bike has been reliable since purchase. The sales and service personnel are friendly and helpful. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a bike.

We paid over $100 to have bike tuned up and ready for my son to take to college. The handle bar came loose and almost fell off.

Albin walked my son through the different models and designs to help him pick something he'd enjoy and grow into down the road. They even trimmed his seat down to help him feel more comfortable getting off and on after installing a water holder & kickstand.

Tl;dr If you’re in the market for a road or mountain bike, I’d go to a proper bike shop. This place seems to specialize (no pun intended) in selling hybrids.I spent the weekend test riding different brands of carbon endurance bikes at a few shops and saw that this store had a Domane in my size, albeit the model they had on hand was one spec above my budget (theirs was an SL 6; I was looking for an SL 5).I asked an employee if I could take the bike out for a test ride and that I’d brought my own shoes and pedals. He said it wasn’t possible for them to swap out the flat pedals for clipless and that they’d only let me ride it with my pedals if I purchased it. Maybe this is unreasonable, but I’m not going to spend over $5000 on a bike if I can’t test ride it with the proper equipment.In fact, he seemed hesitant to let me ride the bike at all. When i asked him why he seemed cagey, he tried to push me towards a less expensive aluminum frame, which is exactly what I did not want after riding my aluminum race bike (a.k.a. The Rock Polisher) for the last decade. I’ve been cycling for 15 years, and even though I might not have the lean physique and shaved legs I did in my early 20’s, I’ve put in enough hours in the saddle to know what I want, and have the money to pay for it.Despite his attitude, I’d driven 40 minutes from Lombard to ride it, so I asked if he could adjust the seat height for me. After fiddling around with a few hex keys, walking back and forth from the shop area, and generally looking very confused for about 15 minutes (admittedly the Domane doesn’t have a standard seat post clamp), he gave up and asked one of the service techs to change the seat height. After another 15 minutes, they measured the seat height by having me stand over the seat on my tip toes, which might be how you measure the seat height for a hybrid, but definitely not for a road bike.After a couple laps of the parking lot with my knees at my chest and my squishy sneakers not being able to put any power into the pedals, I decided I wasn’t going to waste my time with this shop. I ended up purchasing a different brand from a different store.

I would give a zero. Second time coming to look for information & to purchase a bike for myself. The first time was a week ago & my husband was interested in a mountain bike. He told me don’t go there but I figure he wasn’t acknowledged because it was 3:00 on a Friday. I went at 11:30am on a Tuesday. Both times we were never waited on, greeted or even acknowledged.As I sit in the parking lot writing this, there is no cars & only one person when I walked in. I walked around looking at various bikes waiting. A man came in for service with his bike after me & was waited on…I said nothing and patiently waited. When they finished, I waited to be approached, standing 8 feet away the female cust svc person walked by me, the male service person, after finishing with the only customer other than me & no acknowledgement. As I stood there waiting, man came in with 3 young kids, instantly the male salesperson turns & asked to help him. My disbelief & frustration I left after 12 minutes of wasted time.I would not recommend this location. Go to Downers Grove who are knowledgeable & actually works with clients. We were looking to spend $3000.-4000.00 on a Hybrid & a mountain bike. My husband out of disgust with Trek purchased a Marin & my son a Polygon Siskui. I’ve been riding since my 20’s (road) & looking to purchase a more comfortable bike now 60. If interest in a Trek, make the drive to Downers Grove it’s worth your time.In response…..Assuming I was with the family is impossible. I walked out after being ignored for 12-15 minutes prior to them walking into the store. It’s interesting the same thing happened to my husband a week prior. It’s seems to be your sales staff. I never have any problems at the Downers Grove Store.

Team members at the Naperville store are so helpful! Both sales staff and service. They told me everything I needed to know to start riding. Bright and spacious store. Trek's system is a little wonky. It took a couple of months for my bike to come in, and their communication with the local store was a bit fuzzy. Overall, I'm happy with my bike and experience.

I’ve been a customer of this Trek location since pandemic season. Sean (Manager) was extremely helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. Danny’s superb work on my road bike was awesome! They are very knowledgable team and easy to work with. Highly recommended !

I was in the market to buy a trek bike i have never step foot in the Naperville store but this will likely be my last time. I understand we are in a pandemic i waited outside until someone called me in.. The sales man (teenager) asked what he can help me with i told him I was looking for a bike and I didn't know what size I was. I told him my price range and the model i wanted as soon as told him the model he said sorry we don't have the model you want until November. Okay I understand they don't have the model I want but he didn't even bother to help me figure my size. Basically he told me get out because I was not going to purchase anything. I guess I wasn't white enough to be helped.If this is how you treat your customers by fighting Back then you don't deserve any business i went to downers Grove were they offered me to a ride a bike and took my measurements while people were waiting. Unlike you, downers Grove treats customers like they are going to buy today whether they have the bike in stock or not.Thats when i realized you guys are nothing but joke and I can't you seriously

Great and knowledgeable staff, infectious energy. Great bikes too, Trek-ie all the way (see what I did there, with the Trek, yeah? yeah?) Anyways they get a point off for not getting back to me like they said they would.
