“Was quoted $800 by another shop to replace two headlight bulbs. Naper Auto Works quoted me about half and when the job was finished it was about a quarter of what they had initially quoted. Most places would just take the money and run however, they showed integrity and only charged what they had to. Excellent service, will be using them for any car issues going forward.”

“I have taken my cars to Joe for a while now and service is still great as ever.
I have my Audi A4 b5 serviced here and my GTI here many times and I trust Joe and Adam with my cars.
They take care of the cars as if they are their own personal vehicle. The care in their service really shows in their work.
They recommend other things that they see on their inspections but are never pushy to get more work unless it is a safety issue.
I will continue to super this shop in the future because it is difficult to find an "automotive guy" they really understands customer needs.
