“Colin with the crew were absolutely amazing.
My wife and I began our day by driving her to her surgery appointment . . . and maybe two minutes into our drive the tire monitor system comes on and shows the left rear tire going flat. I then checked my vehicle status and thetire went 0% air. Thankfully, we have run flats and were able to drive very slowly to get Katherine to her incredibly important surgery. I have been a discount tire customer for a couple decades since my dad had highly praised the company and encouraged me to shop there. As a current customer, I thought about the discount tire center on Fort Hill Drive, which was within 2 1/2 miles of where my wife was having her surgery. I called discount tire after Katherine was checked in around 1:30PM. I spoke with a Colin and explain that I had made an appointment on the app for 4 PM and that it was possible I might have to show up 15 minutes or so later depending on Catherine be at the surgery center since there was a slight delay. Colin told me to take good care of my wife and that he and the crew were here for us and that we just come on down when we were ready and that our slot was held no matter what . He actually said it even more beautifully and empathetically with great care and reassurance for us.
Everything went really well with my wife and she was able to stay with me and not have to be Ubered home. So here we drive on our run flat tire carefully to discount tire, and when we got there, it was pouring rain out and getting very dark out because of the thunderstorms.
We pulled up, and I opened the door for my wife and took her by the arm to carefully walk her to the entrance to Discont Tire and one of the gentlemen / employees had already went to hold the door for us so I coukd continue to escort her in to sit down comfortably. The employee greeted us and then took the key and took care of the car and brought it into one of the bays. The car was fixed very quickly. It was amazing when it was finished that they drove the car out of the bay and then backed it into the first bay that was now open and had someone else hold the door to the garage so my wife could walk into the garage and into the car so she can remain dry and not have to be outside in the elements.

“These guys have been taking care of my cars for a number of years now. Always helpful. Matt and other front desk guys are friendly and courteous. They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". And they try to help me keep costs down for things like the new tires I bought last fall. Allen is a superb auto tech and is very thorough and meticulous. Will be bringing my yellow "Bumblebee" to them in the future.”

“Unfortunately I noticed some of the employees get into customers vehicles very dirty. I did bring it to there attention and suggested they use seat covers. Let's see if they incorporate it and use them or have a dedicated person ( with clean clothes) to drive the vehicles in and out. If not it's enough for me not to go there anymore and I've been going there for a very long time . I just never realized that that was happening. Other wise I love Discount tires. They are always friendly/accommodating and quick and do a good job. I a have used several different locations.”

“Got 4 new tires. Call first for a reservation!! They're busy, so they probably won't be able to handle a walk-in. Also, if you're getting tires, like I did, you need to call ahead and make sure they get what you need stocked from their local warehouse.
Very nice people. STUCK TO THEIR QUOTE! Lots of places don't necessarily have that professionalism. I'd absolutely go there again if I needed tires.”

“The mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles.
The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions.
