We’ve had nothing but a positive experience with The Tile Shop in Naperville! We dealt with Connor Fitzpatrick. He helped us from the beginning to the end of the remodeling of our two bathrooms. He was kind, pleasant, very knowledgeable and offered advice and suggestions. He was very patient with us - after ALL the tile samples we took home & returned. Even when we made a total design change! Connor was EXTREMELY prompt to respond to any of our questions, whether via text, phone or email. We shopped around at other stores, but found the selection and quality of tile at The Tile Shop to be exactly what we were looking for. We inquired in advance about the return policy of excess product. We were informed that corporate policy had recently changed it to 60 days from the day of receipt of product. Our return of excess product was smooth and easy.
ALL of the employees we encountered at the Naperville location were always pleasant and helpful! I would recommend Connor, and The Tile Shop in Naperville, to anyone looking to invest in good, quality tile for their home projects! Thank you Connor and The Tile Shop!??

For our bathroom remodel we purchased tile from The Tile Shop. Connor Fitzgerald’s experience and advice was exceptional.
He was knowledgeable about the different types of tiles and helped us choose the perfect ones for bathroom renovation.
Connor was patient, answered all of our questions, and provided valuable advice.

Don't trust this store. They sold me the wrong material and when I went to return it, they didn't refund all my money. Claiming that I should have seen that the tile was defective when it was still in the store. That seems very wrong. Who opens boxes of tiles in the store to check them?

In December, I purchased tile from The Tile Shop and was informed by the salesperson that any unused tiles could be returned at any time. Recently, when I attempted to return some unused tiles (approximately $553 worth), the store manager, Brad, refused the return, citing a recent policy change. While Brad acknowledged the salesperson's initial statement, the return was not honored.
As a loyal customer who has spent over $20,000 at The Tile Shop, I am disappointed with this experience. It would be helpful for future customers if the return policy is clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

We had a bathroom remodel done. Connor was the most professional, knowledgeable and kind person to work with. Every time I walked in to the Tile Shop he always welcomed me and was ready to answer all the questions I had. He’s very honest and trusting. If there was a problem or issues with certain items, he takes the time to rectify the situation. Because of Connor, I would recommend the Tile Shop and make sure they meet him.

The Tile Shop is one of the best sources for home remodel that we've come across. Though there are less expensive options, we found the value for the product and customer service was worth the marginally more expensive products. Absolutely zero regrets.Working through a bathroom remodel, we approached Connor Fitzpatrick for assistance with some ideas. He grouped together exactly what we were envisioning, got us a great price, explained what products could be returned if they didn't work out or we over-purchased, and got our order placed with extreme efficiency. Like so many projects, oddities or miscalculations on quantity came up and Connor was always quick to help, respond, and get us what we needed. It was like the customer service we all use to love but seems to be so rare now.Our project turned out wonderful and we're extremely grateful for both Connor and The Tile Shop's great, quality selection.

We received a huge surprise from our contractor on Thursday evening that he planned to start work on our two bathroom remodels on Monday. We had not chosen any materials yet. Early Friday morning, we drove to The Tile Shop to see Connor Fitzpatrick. This past summer, we worked with Connor on our kitchen remodel and hoped he could help us once more. He did not disappoint! Connor helped us choose tile and all of the necessary pieces for a smooth installation. Furthermore, he made arrangements to have the tile delivered on Monday meeting the contractor’s requested deadline. If you are considering renovating any aspect of your home (or building a new home), do not hesitate to meet with Connor. He will help you define your desires and taste and choose materials within your budget. We cannot say enough about Connor’s professionalism and care. He is simply a delight!

We had an a wonderful experience with the Tile Shop! Connor helped me out and made the experience wonderful. The whole experience was seamless. He recommended contractors to put in our tile and it turned out stunning! Highly recommend. Will be coming back here to work with Connor for our future projects.
