The Store Manager At This Location Always Has An Attitude, Walked In Today With My Kids Jerseys And As Soon As I Walked In She Rolled Her Eyes And With An Attitude Said What Do You Need. Like What Kind Of Attitude Is That That Shouldn't Be Coming From A "Store Manager". And While She Was Helping Get My Kids Jerseys Name On The Jerseys She Shoock Her Head The Whole Time And Kept Giving Me The Bad Attitude For No Reason. It There Was a 0 Star That's What I Would Rate This Place.

Maria and Dena hands down provide excellent customer service. They have been helping us outfit our soccer family for years and know what we like! They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable- we won’t go anywhere else! We love to support local and these two are a huge reason why!

We have been coming to this store for years and honestly would never go anywhere else. My daughter struggles every time with finding cleats that fit well. We have been in the store for 3+ hrs at a time trying and retrying on multiple different cleats. Maria and her staff has always been amazing to work with, they never make us feel rushed and truly want to make sure that we walk out with a comfortable pair of cleats, which we always do! I would recommend this store for all your soccer needs!

I had a fantastic experience at the retail soccer store! The customer service was exceptional, especially when shopping for shoes, jerseys, and balls. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and jersey. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, making the entire shopping process enjoyable. The selection was impressive, and their expertise made a real difference. I left feeling not just satisfied with my purchase but genuinely impressed by the outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be returning for all my soccer gear needs!

Thought we found a great spot for all of our soccer needs. Dropped quite a bit of money between a few visits. Purchased a few jerseys even though we could have purchased them online for cheaper. Going forward we will now be looking elsewhere. We tried to exchange one of the jerseys we purchased due to it being to small for our son, they said they could not exchange it because we didn't have our receipt. We were not trying to get money back, just an even exchange for a larger size. Tags were still attached and I even stored it in a ziploc bag so it didn't get dirty. I could see if it looked worn or tags were removed but there was nothing they could do. We will be giving the jersy away and buying the size from a different store. We will also be sharing with our friends/family and soccer teams that this store is NOT the place to go!!!

Unfortunately, I need to provide feedback on the friendliness of the customer service. Sometimes, a single incident serves as a reminder of the need for improvement. Today, I encountered a situation where a lady was unfriendly when I asked for assistance with a pickup. There was no greeting like "How can I help you?" or something similar, even though I was with my child. While the store is good in terms of supplies, there is a definite need to strengthen the overall customer service experience.

Walked in on a whim, and was more than happy with the service provided! Large selection of premier league, Chicago Fire, Liga MX, large teams and boots! Great selection for majority of soccer fans.

My brother was giving me the option to choose my own birthday gift, and he said that this shop would be the perfect place to pick out a gift. I decided to give it a shot, as he said I'll definitely like something there. When we arrived, I took a glance at the store and was very shocked, they had so many jerseys from so many different clubs, many amazing boots and more. I ended up buying a Dortmund jersey for $35 since it was on sale. Definitely my favorite shop, and will be returning many times whenever I have a new jersey in mind.
