Kimberly runs an amazing team who is dedicated and laser focused for customers needs. I specially want to appreciate Jill, she helped me in closing on 2 houses and was really patient and helpful throught the process. Jill Stanton and her partners made the process of finding and buying a new home very painless. She is a very competent realtor and has equally competent mortgage brokers and real estate attorneys backing her. She knows her business, offers good insight, has a keen eye for value, and knows how to match those skills to her client's needs. Kimberly and her team are fantastic! We were moving out of town and were nowhere close to being ready to list when we talked to her at first. She made the whole process sound very easy and made things doable within our timeline. She helped us each and every step of the way in selling our house. We are very happy that we found this real estate agency. Josiah was fantastic to work with, and we’re very glad we had him on our team. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also very punctual and always made time for us. In the end he helped us find the perfect house, and he even helped us locate the perfect lender for our needs. He was with us through the entire house buying process, and made sure to ask for our input and preferences.
