This store is run by people who need to learn effective customer service skills. One of the ladies doesn't know the basic difference between Asics Gel Resolution 9 shoes and Asics Court FF3 tennis court shoes. The store manager told me not to shop at her store. When I call the office, their phone system battery is not functioning properly. The other lady I spoke with could not tell me which pickleball brand of paddles is best for control or power shots.

I stopped in because I used to teach tennis and loved the sport. I wasn’t greeted upon entering and couldn’t understand what a women was trying to tell me. The store has nice equipment but cluttered. Has potential but needs a lot of work.

We just went to get my son his first tennis racket and shoes. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The owner was so down to earth and helped us understand different options without trying to just sell us the most expensive item. I would highly recommend!!

I hesitated going to a family owned store versus a big box for a quality tennis racket and tennis shoes, but that was what my son wanted. When we got there, we were greeted and the staff helped my son not only pick a quality racket, but they strung it right there. It only took 20 minutes and I found a great pair of tennis shoes. I bought him a cheap tennis racket from a big box and it affected his playing. Ths new racket definitely helps him play better and fantastic power. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for all your tennis needs because that's all they do. They were actually about $20 cheaper than the big box with excellent customer service. Thank you

I LOVE Tennis Ballerz. If I ever need a last minute stringing before a tournament, I can count on them for great service and quick turnaround time. I also bought a tennis racket there as a gift for my mom and everyone there was super accommodating and very helpful. The woman there was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect racket as per my specification. I have been going there since I got my first racket at least 5 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. Would highly recommend to any and all tennis players!
