Disappointed that the Starbucks in this store removed all seating. I love Target and walked in after a surgical procedure. I just wanted a place to sit down before picking up a few things.
All the other Target Starbucks stores have a seating area. I encourage all stores to consider having a few chairs for people who may have a disability, a migraine, heart condition, or just need a chair to sit down and take a break.
I am giving this five stars because I like shopping at Target.

My god! I've literally been trying to call this store multiple times a day for the last 2 days and they NEVER answer the phone! The absolute WORST target I've ever tried to call. I work in retail so I get it when you're busy but there is no way you're busy all day. What's the point in having phones at all then? Might as well just get rid of them. Stupid. Absolutely frustrating!!!!!

We sat on the tech department for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and simply take out a charger we wanted to buy and no one showed up nor helped.

Absolutely incompetent, I purchased , they wrote that they couldn’t find the address, I added additions to make it easier to find, the result was not delivered, I contacted support, they updated the order, but it was never delivered, citing the fact that again the address was not found, although in the application where it was posted The order was clearly and clearly written with the address, what was surprising was that the day before I received another order from Target and it was delivered to me, They actively tried to prove to me that I was wrong, the support service is absolutely unprofessional, then I contacted again, but this time they said one hundred, we will deliver and the order was delayed for Christmas, that is, until then they did not accept the error, the status is in the application until I still haven’t found the address, I don’t recommend this store in Naperville, choose other target points, and by the way, I still haven’t received my order, in general, I’ve been waiting for 10 days

Do not pick up from this target, no matter what you do. I have been standing in this line for going on twenty minutes. After twenty minutes, I was given the wrong order and told I'm "all set." I could've gotten my item myself five times over, if not more. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache. Inattentive and unapologetic. Absolutely shop anywhere else. The Walmart in Gary, Indiana has better service. Absolutely vile. (This all coming from a retail employee, myself.) Kai was the one exception; she was very nice!

Sale items did not come up on sale. Annoying to have to wait in line to pay only to have to wait in line again at customer service to have them fix it.

They don’t have anyone at the tech area to assist. Most items are locked and you just keep waiting for someone to show up. Has several registers but just one open.

I give it 2 stars for convenience but this Target location never had anything. Most of the times the shelves look empty like it's going out of business. Tonight I had to run back because the baby outfit I purchased was the wrong size on the wrong hanger, which I needed for tomorrow morning. While I was searching in the little girl department, I clearly heard the closing soon announcement. Then a sales associate came up to me to ask if I was ready to head to the front to check out because the store was closing and she needed to close down her section. I've worked in customer service in the past and it was always considered rude to approach a customer to state the obvious. However I think that was her intent. She approached another customer in her area as well

This is such a nice Target. I received prompt and kind assistance. I didn’t have to wave anyone down. I’d love to see Target Oswego expanded to mirror this Target.
