The directions I received for Danada/Rice Lake we’re wrong. The store is either been closed or did not open on time. The directions I received for the Naperville store was within the Costco store. That’s fine because I’m a member, but it would’ve been good to know that it was within Costco.

I had the pleasure to work with Drake at this location. I brought in my new S23 and he totally set it all up, did the transfer and made sure I walked out with my phone working. He was so patient and understanding and I wanted to recognize him as his help to me meant so much. He is a perfect example of why I have been a long term T-Mobile customer. Thanks Drake?

Great service and friendly employees all around. Relatively new location with all the expected phones offered by T-Mobile. Quick and attentive service. Manager was very helpful and kind. Quick turn around on a new phone purchase and transfer from old phone. Would recommend to any Tmobile customers.

I like T-Mobile, and after a chat session said I needed to go to an in person store I made a trip in. It was frustrating that the staff wasn’t aware of how to help me. I ended up going back home and calling customer service who were great, but I would have preferred not to have wasted a trip.

I would just like to say this store location has great staff except for the so called “manager” He was the most annoying and self centered person i have had a fifteen minute conversation about home internet and i didn’t even end up getting it because He was extremely persistent and pressuring me into buying it. Doesn’t let his employees do their job at all! Hovers over them for everything and His laugh is So distracting and scared me , with his laugh and his lack of personal space for his female workers which is strange. He made my experience here absolutely horrible.

Stay away from this store and their sales people. They will make you false promises with all sorts of insider discounts, then they refuse to apply them. Rude people and full of unprofessional people working at this store. They don't return your phone calls and they refuse to accept what was promised.

Seems like the only person who is willing to be friendly and helpful is Josue the manager. The rest of the ladies act like they hate customers who have questions. Such a shame.

I am a senior citizen and I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile while doing my upgrade. The staff was very fast and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they were doing so I understood the process. I felt welcomed and respected in this store, they were patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you Sophia and her manager Josue!

I must say that I have never upgraded my phones and phone plans and not had the experience take anything less than an hour. This trip was no different. Our situation was rather complex as we were upgrading 3 phones and adding 2 new lines of service. Most of our time was spent sarcastically teasing Josue and Sophia about their keystroke technique while we jokingly passed the time. Both were able to take some good hearted joking, and in the process saved us money on our plan, and found ways to navigate and solve many problems with the Sprint/T-Mobile competing systems. Our experience and the knowledge and professionalism was fantastic.

I went in 2 different times within a week to buy 2 new phones. They were professional, polite and helpful in replacing/upgrading my phones, transferring the data, and answering questions along the way. They were busy the second day, and in my observation, were able to help all the customers while during some of the down time in my phone upgrade. I would totally recommend this location if you need any help. Thanks Sophia and Josue!

They were very kind and helpful, I bought a new phone. Also very nice to show me how to do things on my new phone. They switched everything over from my old phone. Very happy, even though they were very crowded they took care of me very nicely. Thank you, Sophia.
