Super helpful in making sure our kitty, Turtle was in good hands! Recommended the most affordable + best quality emergency vet. Provided me with multiple options of care that was the most affordable yet still would result in our kitten getting better and back to 100%. Truly wanted to see our cat get better and that is the best feeling! Will only be taking our pets here from now on.

Terrible!!! My daughter was sick and had to be picked up from school so we missed our appointment. I called to reschedule once we had her settled (same day), and was told I had to pay a fee. While I understand I missed the appointment, they did not care nor emphasize about my daughter, and receptionist sounded like she read a script instead of trying to help. I was told it was up to the Dr if he would waive the “fee” that I didn’t agree to. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes to have Matthew Timmons, DVM decide he didn’t care that I had brought my dog there for 3 years, he wanted $30. He didn’t care about daughter, nor my family, including my dog he was treating. I asked if they were willing to lose a customer and they responded “this is our policy “. If that’s how they act about my daughter, why would I trust they with my dog’s well being?

When they first opened, I was the proud owner of bro/sister F2 Bengals, and I decided to change their early care close to home after visiting their facility
5 years after their last visit, they diagnosed my pride, big boy Punk, 3 years of winning best of show in his catagory w severe cancer and was put down here a few weeks later
Best experience resting a pet I've been a part of as an owner, forth at that time. They gave me the room for an hour after, as goodbyes are some of the hardest things we go thru w family members. Pure kindness from each team member involved. They care. This was a decade ago
Recently, August 2024(now), my female Marble Bengal, Valentine, suddenly developed an ear injury that was swift, drastic, and of unknown reasoning.
In addition, my personal situation was already I'm a dire state. I have stage 4 rectal cancer, and after fighting 2m5mo of intense radiation +oral chemotherapy, then 8.5mo of dual chemotherapy. I was given 3-10mo to live this past April.
When diagnosed, I was uninsured between plans and, therefore, a cash patient. You can imagine the financial devastation that took place during the battle for my 45yo life. It left me back working out of my career industry thru the last half of my battle. Still now, as much as my body allows me to survive, not only medication but regular life as I slow head out
As a single man w no children, Valentine's my only family left, and I was overwhelmed w worry for her safety and wellbeing. Having to choose her care over my medication , I chose her, and the first idea was Springbrook
It was very difficult, but I stopped in to speak w their FOH staff and explain our situation. They were kind enough not to say a word as I explained in full, both Valarie and myself, the challenges we were facing. This left me in tears for not the worry for my girl, but how humiliating and embarrassing to request an open mind and kind heart to help meet our needs so we both could go home together safely and happy.
The kind ladies at the desk retired in the rear to speak w more staff as I tried to compose myself. When returned was assured w an appointment and kind caring words our special needs could be met.
We met Dr Sprang within 48 hrs in the office. What an intelligent, experienced, kindhearted, gentle, and caring soul Dr. Sorang was by the end of consult. We are privileged to have met her ! She informed us of some causes, issues, and approaches w great thought for my pet
She brought Vallie in back to run some tests and develop a plan for us. She executed the procedures needed, and Valentine returned in great spirits, uncared and comfy. Hadba healing plan ready. She really listened and acted w such great touch
At conclusion of our visit, I was left stunned to the total care package Dr. Sprang and all the staff had for us.
Let me conclude that not only are the facilities clean and comfortable, but the value of care they give is top shelf. They only get better that each employed under the Springbrook roof, honestly, and really care about animals deeply, genuinely.
They also will treat you, the per mom and dad, like your pets are your children and you are a loving parent. They appreciate great per parents as much as the star of the show. Your child

I've never met such compassionate people in a vet office. No animal is too small to recieve humane and loving care. I brought in my frog Pancake who unfortunately needed to be euthanized, and the process was so much easier knowing Dr. Maria and all the staff where truly there for me and cared sincerely about my pet's wellbeing.
When you have exotic pets a lot of vets don't seem to care or know how to care for them, but here they really know their stuff. They explained everything and gave me as much time with her as I needed. Words cannot explain how grateful I am.
Please take your pet here! If you want a place that will love and care for your pet just like you would, go to Springbrook! You will not regret it!

Springbrook was amazing! She really took the time to discuss our newly adopted kitten and what to expect. I felt that she was very thorough and didn't try to push the most costly options at us. She suggested a 2 week follow up before any further testing or medications to rule out the possibility of a virus and I appreciated that. Overall, the experience was great from the appointment scheduling to the visit!

Haven't been wanting to post this. A few weeks ago I tried to get help for my dog who ate something he shouldn't have. He was barely alive, barely breathing in my arms when my husband just drove us to the nearest pet hospital. It was raining that day & we were stuck in rush hour traffic. We walked right in, the doors weren't locked. There were about 4 people standing in the lobby, one was sweeping. I told them please help me my dog isn't breathing right. They all looked at eachother contemplating what to do then one woman said sorry we're closed. It was just a few minutes after they closed, they hadn't even locked the doors. and they refused. My dog died in my arms on the way to another animal hospital. I hope those women lose something important to them like I did. I will never forgive them or forget. I hope they all have unfortunate pain

Dr Crossan ans the team were excellent with Luna and understanding with her diagnosis...she care for Luna as if she were her own and this just hit home for me. Her follow up with me was fenomenal...I am so happy to have her as Lunas doctor!!!!

I scheduled a bath & trim with a Vet visit to follow ahead of time. The Vet appointment was not on their schedule when I arrived. I appreciated the way they corrected this miscommunication by fitting in my pets visit in the Vets schedule that same morning.
