I usually don't write reviews, but after my experience today, i just had too. I have been having my hair cut, here for the past 2 years, and I genuinely have had a great experience every time, until today. I'm not 100% sure, but I got my haircut by a man named Kris, or at least, the station he was cutting my hair at, had the name tag Kris on it. Anyways, as soon as I sat down, he immediately gave me all types of attitude, and snark. And as the haircut progressed, whenever I asked something, he would look at me funny, and then in a very annoyed and angry tone, asked if I was sure this is what I wanted. Furthermore, he dropped almost 5-6 combs on the floor in pure anger and frustration, each time getting more and more angrier. The final straw to this madness, was when at the end, I simply asked about the back of my hair, and how it looked unfinished. He then proceeded to grunt at me, curl his hands into a fist, and snarkily said, "fine", and just combed my hair over. He also did not use the blower at the end, and my entire arm was covered in hair.
I don't know what I did as a customer to receive this, maybe he was having a bad day i dont really know, but the way he acted today was totally unprofessional.
I genuinely like getting my hair cut here, and some of the stylists I had in the past where super cool and respectful, but next time I am making sure not to get my hair cut with Kris.

I went in for a haircut, was in a rush and didn’t choose the stylist and ended up with someone named Angela… She was extremely rude and frustrated from even before the haircut began, and started cutting my hair without properly hearing what I requested. She also did not know what tapering meant and tried to make me seem stupid when I requested it. While it most likely was just Angela being a terrible stylist, I do not recommend this place.

Honestly, it was pretty uncomfortable. I tried to explain what I wanted, but the stylists seemed dismissive and kind of agitated. When I asked for a more chill conversation, it didn't go over well at all.I switched to another stylist, hoping for a better vibe, but it was pretty much the same deal. The whole time, there was this weird silence in the store that just added to the awkwardness. It made me feel really unwelcome and honestly, a bit threatened.I've never had a haircut experience like this before. It was unsettling, to say the least. Because of this, I won't be going back to Sports Clip and can't really recommend it to others.

I followed Tess from Bolingbrook to this Naperville location because I don't trust anyone with my hair. If you've been to other places, then you know Sport Clips beats most of them. I highly recommend the MVP. It will make you feel like a man, not a sheep.

Got a haircut from Giana tonight. It was the absolute worst haircut I've ever had. I paid for my haircut, but I had to get up and leave in the middle of it because of how bad she was messing up. Drive an extra 10 minutes and pay the extra $5 over at Excel barber shop. They'll get you in quick and do a great job.
