Good for the price; not the best, of course. The door had a gap on the sides near the bottom.Food & drinks: They had vending machines where everything was $1, even the soda cans.

My names Cory . Iv been staying for the past 3 nights . Place is amazing .. staff is great and will do anything to make sure your stay is amazing ! Breakfast is great! I would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here ! it’s a great hotel and I will always stay here when I come to Naperville! Esesha Is amazing!! She made sure everything was prepared and ready and had my room early for me !! She’s the best ! Lovely, comfortable room, lots of towels & washcloths. HOWEVER, be very careful of your belongings! We ate breakfast in their dining area (just ok, not great), and were back in our room about 8:15am and packing our things. I heard the door opening, no knock or "housekeeping!" call. On the other side of the door, a woman in a Staff uniform was trying to enter our room. No housekeeping cart. At 8:30am, there should be NO reason for housekeeping to enter an occupied room. She just smirked at me and walked away. Why? What possible reason for her to try to enter our room when we could have been eating downstairs. I hate to think the worst, but on retrospect, I truly wonder about her motives for entering our room. Choice Hotels, I am very upset about this occurrence and wonder what would have happened had we not been in the room.Safety: NOT good. Why would a staff woman attempt to enter our room without a housekeeping cart outside at 8:30am??

Super convenient location, great hotel for the value, and very friendly staff. I always appreciate Esha especially; she is very kind and helpful whenever I stay here, and is definitely one of the best hotel staff I have ever interacted with. This hotel is my #1 for the area, hands down :)

The lady at the front desk is one of the best hotel staff I have met. Down to earth, respectful and to the point with a smile.The place however is basic and a little dated.Had a restful weekend there.

Where do I start…. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the rooms smell masked with perfume or some type of fragrance. Breakfast hours are from 7-9am two hours really and at hours where most individuals have left for work and aren’t able to enjoy the breakfast. Walls are so thin I heard every conversation through the wall. I ask front desk attendant for a new room because the one I was give wasn’t cleaned properly and it was a hassle to get my room changed. 2nd floor seem nicer and cleaner but it seemed to me you had to be a certain kind of tenant to be placed on 2nd floor. 1st and 3rd floors are dated and worn down

Much cleaner than the last time we were there. The hotel was being renovated and fresh paint and new carpet. The parking lot is ample and there is an overhang to offload in the weather. Luggage carriers are available at the entry. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Rooms were moderately priced for the area. Breakfast was okay but not exciting. I have to eat Gluten Free so the bacon and turkey sausage worked with some hot oatmeal. Some things in the breakfast section were broken but the management seems to be taking more interest in upgrading the hotel

The room was nice, it has everything you need: a big bed, tv, comfortable chair & desk, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The internet connection is great. Everyone one was so kind. The receptionist Esha Patel, was always very helpful and accommodating. The cleaning ladies were very kind and do a great job. The free tea and coffee available 24/7 was much appreciated.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating in all needs, as a hotel. The location is excellent and closeto many stores, sights and restaurants. There are many things available within a reasonable amount of distance depending on a persons needs. You are approximately 50 miles away from downtown Chicago and approximately 5 miles or less to any local shopping, malls, theaters and restaurants.

I have been staying in this hotel in and out for the past 3 months because of work and every time I have been greeted with amazing service from Esha Patez, she makes the check in process extremely easy, always helps with any issues I have (hotel related) and will treat me with nothing but respect regardless of my age unlike many other hotels. Rooms are always clean and the rooms get regularly cleaned during my stay.

I often stay at the Sleep Inn in Naperville for work. Out of all the places I've stayed at in the past around the area, this one is my favorite. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Esha at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. If you're staying in Naperville, this is definitely a great choice.

This hotel has a few special features. For starters, the electrical outlet doesn't have a face plate, providing a truly shocking experience if you get too close. The linens are stained with holes, allowing you to become intimately acquainted with prior guests. The walls are also very thin, making it easy to understand every word of your neighbors' late-night arguments. Finally, there is a checkout counter located in the front, making it easy to leave and never come back.
