Gave up on this salon years ago but gave it a try because it was under new management. I thought it was a wonderful mani/pedi and enjoyed the family business atmosphere and service. Staff seemed to be working as a team. Definitely will return. I am extremely hard on my hands and no chip is still shiny and hard a week later after building several tables and doing crazy yard work.

Honestly, this was my GO TO nail place when it was SIS nails. The original owners were absolutely the best and the new management has no idea what they're doing to be honest. They continue to deny gift cards that were given within the last 6 months (around Christmas obviously) but the disconnect with the new owner and caring about the clients is there. It unfortunately seems very clear that this "new owner" doesn't care about her clients or keeping clients from sis. Definitely do not recommend unfortunately...

I had a no chip manicure and a pedicure in late March. I was excited to use the gift certificate from SIS nails that I received for Christmas. I was shocked and upset when I was told that the new owners would not honor the gift cards. It was for $150. The new owners would not budge, even for regular customers. I will not be going back there again!

Love this nail salon! I’ve probably gotten 10 no chip manicures and they’re perfect every time. All of the nail techs are kind and efficient. They’re making some interior updates and I look forward to seeing how it all comes together.

Received a gift card for Christmas of this year and was told I couldn't redeem it today as it was under new ownership. Felt completely ripped off. I will of course not be coming back.

I received a gift card for SIS nails as a Christmas gift for $150. When I tried to use it, I was told that the business was sold and they do not honor these gift cards anymore. I was so upset and they basically told me they won't do anything about it. So I am looking for another salon, since I won't be going back there.

I came in for a French tip manicure 8/20/23. There are only two people that work in the spa total( red flag). I should have known everything would be a rush, because there is no way you can give everyone one the needed attention if there is always 2 people waiting to be serviced. I asked for spa pedicure, which was a basic pedicure with a heated towel (rip off). The lady with the short hair is nice, but I'm assuming she doesn't have much to say in anything because what every the other lady with the long hair, with bad skin said she followed. I expressed that I didn't like my French tip because you could see my natural toe color, which had the discoloration on it due to keeping my polish on to long.I was told that I would have to pay extra to change my toe polish.I couldn't understand why. If I'm unsatisfied with the service, why wouldn’t you fix it and send me on my way.There was no bottom coat or a base color to give my toes a pink base.Service was terrible. Whenever my daughter and I visit Naperville we get our nails done at Sis Nails, because they’re the best ! Always pleased with the service , cleanliness and it doesn’t stink like chemicals !

If you're someone who likes (IG) instagram nails this is not the shop for you. I'd say this shop is really clean, cute and pink. I've come in here once to get my nails removed and today having a no chip. When initially charged over 50$ I thought it was overpriced for the quality work I received but when they told me I was charged for more than one service it made sense. Overall I did not like my nails and felt like I was settling. I was sad they took my tips off but they don't know how to provide what I wanted with my original tips nor with dip. Even when I mentioned as she applied whatever base coat that my nails were clearly filed uneven she did not wanna fix what I was paying for. I'm a student who also works so when I pay to get something nice for myself I'd like it to be completely worth it. Luckily I live down the street, so I called back to see if I could get redone (they painted over) the person on the phone was not eager to accommodate me and probably assumed I wanted to argue. Why? She wanted to tell me how the woman who did them gave me her time but so did I and I paid for it... I don't think I was apart of their regular demographic and wasn't very welcomed. Please skip if you have expectations above a 3.5 (the 2nd time I filed my own nails)

Won't honor gift certificates even through it's clearly theirs! My job gifted me one from there and when I tried to use it the lady said it wasn't in the system but she didn't even try to look for it.

Best mani-pedi and nicest ladies. Always take me on time. Other shops take appointments but don't keep them. Walk in and someone else getting started is ridiculous. This place respects their customers. Very clean and pretty too.

Based on just trying to call and make an appointment, I would not give a good rating. They are supposed to be open until 6:00 on Sundays, but the woman I spoke to rudely told me, “we are closing at 5:30 today”. I asked if they could fix a broken nail and put a tip on it, and again she snottily said “we don’t do any kind of artificial nails here”. I will never get my nails done here based on their rude service over the phone.
