I can highly recommend this company.
Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time, and did an amazing job. They cleaned in areas I would not even have thought of. They were polite and friendly.
The price was more than appropriate for the work.
I will use them again!

Simply Clean were amazing! They did a great job and the house looked spotless. I do not usually hire house cleaners but on this occasion I needed the extra help. I would highly recommend them.

I was blown away by how great of a job they did for my home. I as getting ready to sell and had plenty to do. I had simply clean come in (for $100 less than a previous quote) and they did an amazing job. The quoting, scheduling and executing was all very easy and seamless. I almost never leave reviews, that’s how impressed I was with this. Strongly recommend

The cleaning lady who came to my apartment did an AMAZING job! My place was kind of a disaster when she arrived, and now it looks like a brand new apartment. I was VERY impressed. I would love to have her come again. She was fantastic!

So after my unsatisfactory review the scheduling manager, Patricia, contacted me to offer a complimentary cleaning sine I was dissatisfied. The difference was like night and day. She spent 4 hours and was super thorough. The issues of things they don't do is a bit perplexing (wash dishes, or move furniture to clean behind it). The other things they don't do were not important. But now that I understand the heavy cleaning (baseboards, floors, blinds, etc) leaves me with very little to be a slave to... and I'd consider what I have left is a "touch up". I now have the energy to tackle my linen closet and get it organized (something else they don't do). I'd give them 5 stars if the "not do" list weren't so long and since my daughter in TX has a service that does it all! I understand about liability etc but the "not do's" are left on my plate. It's okay, I understand. BONUS, Patricia asked for a screw driver and tightened my toilet seat... unexpected but much appreciated, also made suggestions on granite polish. This was pleasant and I was pleased! I guess it's all about communication, expectation and attention to detail. I plan to use them regularly!

They sent 2 teenagers to clean my house. It was very unprofessional and I was alarmed to see them. I was expecting professional service with skilled cleaners. I read the reviews and had very high hopes. It was a huge disappointment. Will not use them again.Service: Deep clean

I requested a move in deep cleaning for a one bedroom and one bathroom 675 sq ft condo. The woman arrived 50 MINUTES LATE and she did not inform me. I called after 30 minutes to find out what was the issue, Patricia said the maid was running late, stuck in traffic and would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took her 20 minutes. I inquired why didn’t she call? She said her office phone was broken (mind you she just answered her cell phone so why didn’t she use it to contact me or the person listed as a contact). The maid did not clean everything, she neglected to clean the laundry closet ( an abundance of lent was on the floor) the furnace closet nor the inside of all the cabinets (I know this because there were still mice droppings in one of the cabinets from the previous owner. I also inquired about cleaning the empty refrigerator, before I confirmed the appointment, Patricia said “we clean the appliances” well, the maid said it wasn’t part of the job. I contacted Patricia via text and then she said the refrigerator was not included….. refrigerators are considered appliances… look it up! The washing machine is an appliance and technically that should have been included. The refrigerator was cleaned after some discussion, however upon so called completion of the job the lady ran out before we could see if it was thoroughly cleaned. Perhaps those who gave simply clean 5 stars are of a similar ethnicity, for us the cleaning was not worth the $200, especially for such a small space that was just about empty.Services: Moving-related cleaning

The week of our wedding, my husband-to-be and I were scrambling to get everything accomplished, and with visitors coming at the end of the week, our house was in serious need of a deep clean and we ran out of time.... We chose Simply Clean after reading rave reviews, and they were correct! The team that came to our home was efficient, thorough and SO DAMN good. They left the place spotless....truly, I was speechless. Not one bit of dust could be found. Even places I hadn't thought of....they cleaned. I don't think our bathrooms have ever sparkled before. We have two small dogs who can get a bit barky at times, and the ladies were so kind and gracious with them. We will 100% be using them again in the future.

Simply Clean is simply the best!We’ve been lucky to have Virginija come out for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with the service. She does a fantastic job & is so sweet to our wild little dog. She is an absolute gem.

Excellent service! Needed a deep clean for our place (especially bathrooms and kitchen) prior to moving out of our rental. Admittedly, we hadn’t deep cleaned (the entire time we’ve lived here) and knew the place needed some real work. The wonderful people from Simply Clean did an AMAZING job. My parents have used the same cleaning company for, like, 20 years. But our usual service has been unable to accommodate our house as of late. We needed an emergency cleaning like nobody's business a few weeks ago and Simply Clean did not disappoint. They were very thorough and super speedy. It's also so easy to schedule a time slot promptly. I just called again yesterday and I cannot wait for them to visit us for the second time tomorrow afternoon! My dad will definitely continue using their services.
