I had the financing there I had a issue but Amy worked very hard to get all the issues corrected. I was very impressed how she worked to get it corrected and her devotion to customer service! She was delightful to talk to and left me feeling upbeat after a long tiring day. I am only sorry I did not think to ask her name before leaving for she deserves a special call-out for making my visit more than just a perfunctory Amazon drop off visit. “We are looking for a new printer. My husband has many questions. We happened to be at Staples a few days ago and Akash, a Staples employee approached us and asked if we had any questions. My husband explained that we were looking at getting a new printer. Akash spent 20 minutes going over all the advantages of laser printers and ink jet printers. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. Staples is lucky to have him as an employee.”
