I went to this store a year ago and had THE BEST customer service. I went back for different projects in a short period of time and began to sing the praises of this store. As I started a new project this month, I was very dissatisfied that the one person working at the store who was zero help. They admitted they were not going to be able to help me, but why are you working here then? I went to a different SW store where there were 2 ppl working and it was the same inability to help. They told me SW did away with all color specialists at local stores and it was now all done virtually. Very disappointing.

I can not say enough about Dan and how helpful and informative he is. I will travel out of my way to patronize this store because of Dan and the excellent and exceptional service he provides. He is so friendly and never makes you feel like you’re takin to much of his time. We need more young men like him in the workforce today.

Dan, the store manager, was a pleasure to work with when selecting and buying paint for the interior of our home. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. We knew we wanted SW paint for the quality, but also appreciate the service we received in store with Dan. We’ll definitely be back to this location when we’re ready to do more projects around our house!

Dan was extremely helpful. I know nothing about painting and was able to get all my questions answered. I wanted to paint some furniture that was old and I'm so happy with how my project turned out. The rest of the staff seemed very nice, and I will be returning for my next projects.

This SW store is awesome - they have a very knowledgeable and friendly team. I’ve had a couple stain matches done here and they turned out amazing. Also very helpful with any and all paint questions. Most recently I was helped by Daniel who even went as far as to bring the 5 gallon bucket out to my car and put it in the trunk for me.

Dan the manager at this location is so helpful and kind. He helped us find colors for our first home and we love what we chose. He taught use some techniques for painting that were very helpful! Dan is very professional, patient, and helped make our house into a beautiful home.

I stopped in a few days ago while out of town and helping my parents pick out some paint and primers. I had very little experience in this department, but I worked with Caitlin who was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the products I had questions about. I even went back a second time later that day to pick her brain some more and pick up a few more things based on her recommendations. Highly recommend this store for any of your painting needs!

Had some questions and concern about some paint I addressed them to Dan they took care of it one hundred and 10% extremely friendly extremely knowledgeable I just wanted to say thank you for such great service and great way to handle things! Let's not forget Caitlin great customer service!
