I drive around here but this was my first stop here and will be my last! I agree with the reviews below regarding the bad customer service experiences here. The in dian guy wearing all black today was super rude. He’s not even answering the questions I asking as if I’m bothering him about the products I was about to buy! Took my money to the Mobil station down the street. This guy doesn’t deserve this job. Go home if you don’t want to work and follow the usual nice Shell customer service.Update: I actually made a formal complain to the corporate office. Clearly this business doesn’t take complain seriously based on their response below.

I went there at 830pm to put some gas then I was paying with a 100 dl bill .and the lady that was there didn't want to cash my bill I wanted 30dl of gas. It was very rough then she didn't care to lose a client. She was so busy talking to a friend. Never will stop by there again.

Twice no customer service = not my choice. Twice in the past few months, there was an equipment issue at the pump. Both times, the attendant or manager was on site and could care less of the issue it caused this customer of over 10 years. Location is convenient for me, but you are a business. You are to cater to your customer. You are not entitled to my business, which is how I think you believe this whole thing works. You must earn it every day. This last time actually cost me money, and two employees did nothing to assist. Telling me that, "yeah, it's been doing that all day" is not the reply one looks for when the customer just lost money. As a result, I won't even buy a coke from this location anymore. Love Shell, just not this one at 1707 S. Washington, Naperville.

Greetings, I had the worst experience I had ever had in my life, I was disrespected, treated poorly and discriminated against because of the color of my skin, I was cursed out, yelled at, and threatened by two Caucasian employees male/Female, I was also locked out of the gas station and treated like a criminal, it had gotten so bad that I had to involve the police ? I made a police report, I was detailed about the situation, however the police still questioned me multiple times, as if I'm taking it too far, this why people don't respect the police! It's not over! God has the last word. In the meantime I will use my senses and move accordingly. ?

This gas station is kind of OK, I mean the prices are very reasonable and the service. well, it's also OK for a gas station but the pumps seem to be slower than at some other stations. It's a bit weird. Snacks, drinks, whatever, are available in case you need some.

These are by far the slowest pumps in the Chicago land area. 15 mins for 26 gals of fuel.

Why are the clerks there so unfriendly? The lady working last night seemed to be bothered that I asked to buy lottery tickets and that I interrupted her conversation with her coworker. When I asked for more lottery tickets she made a sigh like what is that? Try to be nice to your customers!
