Switched to the Hallstrom agency a few years ago after dissatisfaction with my prior non State Farm agent. What a difference. Have had to make a few claims and have always gotten great advice and VERY quick responses to questions and filing of claims. Was impressed from the start even with asking for quotes and got more thorough responses and also quicker than what I got from other agencies I shopped.

Shannon answered the phone on a Saturday after store hours to help me and my wife with life insurance. She got the job done and stayed with us on the phone for about an hour. Extremely polite and everyone in that office is the same with answering my questions in detail since I have been with them for about 2 years with auto and home policy.Highly recommendedAlan Graves.

I have been a client of this office since I was born-- my parents decision at that time, of course--and I've stayed with Shannon as an adult by my own choice and wouldn't go anywhere else. Through my teen driving years, purchasing my first home, opening life policies when I got married and through the birth of my children, Shannon and her team have been with me through it all. They are very professional and thorough and always take the time to go over all of the pertinent details to make sure I understand the information. But most remarkably, they care for their clients and share their joys and sorrows as life brings them. They even sent gifts for my babies when they were born. Just a great group of people to work with!

Shannon has been my State Farm agent since I moved to Naperville in 2005. Her and her team have been beyond helpful through many an issue. She is why I stick with State Farm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great local agent in the Naperville area.

I found Shannon to be helpful and she helped lower my home insurance bill initially when we first had our policy. However, our auto insurance went up significantly because of a few minor incidents, most of which were either hail or people rear-ending us--no huge claims. We switched to Geico to save money, and then our house insurance rate (no claims) went up 25% so I switched that to Liberty Mutual. Then, Geico raised their rates (for no reason, no claims) by 15%, so then went i went back to State Farm, and they lowered their rates, so i'm with them again for house and auto. Go figure. I guess the point is keep moving your business around to keep them honest.

When we lived in Illinois 10 years ago, Shannon Hallstrom was our State Farm agent and she and her staff were the best. Now that we've moved back to Illinois, one of my first calls was to Shannon to be our agent again. She and her staff are still the best! No, I don't like the high insurance rates in Illinois but that is how it is in Illinois (for those of you who think the rates are high, get over it! It's the price of living in this state!)

Everyone in this office couldn't have been more helpful when my mom passed away. They worked with us to get all of her insurance policies taken care of and they even helped with notarizing documents for us. They were willing to receive or send faxes for us and they were just so nice. I can't thank them enough!

This is a very disorganized office. I hated having to make a phone call to this office, because of how unprofessionally they treated me. They would tell me that will give me a call and I will not get the call at all. I had to make the calls myself and act as an researcher to get them do the things I pay them for. I left State Farm because of this office.
