Gaby took care of my daughter. My daughter is 10yrs old w curly hair. This was her first time going to a salon for a haircut. I’m picky on who touches my daughters hair since she’s only had like 3 haircuts. We’ll definitely be coming back again w Gaby bc my daughter left the salon loving her hair. 10/10.

I tried making an appointment to see Lupe almost two weeks in advance, only for her to cancel the day before - only two hours after the confirmation email! I was disappointed but whatever, I just shrugged it off and figured maybe some thing happened. Then a few months later, I got two more emails from her booking service saying that I had scheduled and then cancelled a service that I never booked. Clearly the scheduling system is a complete mess. I was really excited to try the Salon Lofts because they're close to where I live but after all this, I have zero motivation to try again - and based on other reviews, I'm not the only one.

Please see Gaby Silvera if you have any type of curls! I have fine, very long, curly/ wavy hair and she makes my hair look full and gorgeous! She uses the Deva cut and is a master and a pro! To top it off, Gaby is a beautiful soul who makes the experience just lovely.

A Cut of Confidence barbershop by Phillip Tyler is cold. Phil is the best barber in Naperville hands down. He's currently located in Salon Lofts!! Salon Lofts as a whole is nice and inviting with different vendors, primarily for hair/face, all seem nice.

My son gets his haircut by Aaron Leisure. Always does a great job. I think the concept of these mini salon suites are pretty cool. We book on an app called "Booksy", black barber who does kids and adults right in the heart of downtown Naperville by Rosebud.

DO NOT go to Lupe loft #14She is extremely rude and will burn your hair and scalp. You will also leave with different patches of colored hair. She is very unprofessional when you tell her that you are not satisfied and how it could be fixed even send her pics she would block you.I had already bold hair and i asked for full highlight touch ups.And this is what i got!Services: Balayage
