Everytime I come to this store it is warm and welcoming. Always clean and organized. When I need help, the beauty advisors are always so attentive and check in just in case I have additional questions. Great work everyone!

First time going in and the older lady with long dark hair and glasses was giving me advice without even giving me eye contact or looking at my hair. Toner they suggested turned my hair blue and I had to bleach all over again. Went back in to see if I could get money back or exchange for new toner and was told no even though Sally’s website has a Love It or money back guarantee. When I stated that it felt like I was barely helped and that I’ve never had this happen before, employee then ignored me and started talking to another customer instead. I will never come to this Sally’s again. So disappointed after years of purchasing here.

Came in lady stated hello. I went to get items I needed and while across from register a white couple came in and she told them hello and let her know if they need help finding anything. I didn’t like the fact I wasn’t told the same thing. And they finally have products for African American women but in the back of store.

Placed an online order I picked it up once I got home I realized they put the 4OZ bottle when I paid for the 8oz called them to let them know the mistake they did. The employee told me there was no manager there and she would call me once she was in never receive a callback from the manager and it’s been days now definitely recommend you to check your bags before heading out. I understand mistakes happen but the least they could of done is return back my money since I didn’t receive the correct item.

I never dyed my hair myself and wanted to just go black from brown hair with a blonde streak. I didn’t know what to buy so I asked for help and the guy was super nice and helpful. He got me everything I needed and my hair turned out just how I wanted it to look like

This location should be closed! I, & my family, have had too many incidents here. Today, your elderly staff member was extremely aggressive & confrontational with my sister, as she was corrected on ECO gel & the form it comes in to avoid honoring the sale that you have either misprinted or misinformed your staff. She also ran up on my nieces offering assistance that was not requested...assuming they were stealing. When my sister saw that, she & her husband asked her for assistance with the gel & then the altercation began. ECO gel is not, nor has it ever, been in a bottle! It's a tub!!!!!!! Not only was she aggressive, but she stared my sister down.You really should get some people & ethics training. Better yet, hire a secret shopper so they can audit this location's business practices & customer service. It's too many complaints listed even in the Google reviews for the Naperville store. It's a bad look.

Such UNPROFESSIONAL sales associates. Came in to return and they were so rude. Wish I could give no stars. Another girl came in around the time I did to return as well and after she left the cashier was talking about her. Not only that but the manager was SO RUDE. Do not recommend this location.

I do not recommend coming to this location they are extremely unprofessional. Their store location hours on their website explicitly state the hours of operation are from 10am to 7pm Monday through Thursday. Interestingly, I arrived at this location on Thursday March 9th at 6:50pm the lights were off, and the doors were locked. The proximity of Sally beauty supply chains are seldom in the Naperville area. It is very inconvenient to drive to a location mid week and to my surprise, their employees dictate when their location closes. I would give this location zero stars if I could. I do not recommend wasting your time here, as they may be closed when you arrive depending on how their employees feel.

Horrible experience! I bought clippers from this place and they never worked and they gave me the run around and the cashier was rude when I called her back. She didn’t care nor did she want to exchange the clippers when she knew before she sold them they didn’t work..

Wow! Stopped in today. Two of the most unfriendliest women I have ever met. There was one girl in particular who had a real attitude problem. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location. Don't bother! Unless you appreciate being treated like trash go to another Sally's location. I wish I stayed home.

Always out of products, fair prices, orders online get shipped and then you get notified that some of the products aren't even in the package, what Haha? Red haired lady had an attitude and professionalism issue. She over charged me for products by double scanning one and then was upset when I noticed and asked for a refund? She also let us in at 6pm when they were closing but the doors weren't locked so she just made a remark on how "we better hurry up or know what we need because they're closed" even though the door wasn't locked? The other staff seem friendly though :)

The staff here was friendly and helpful but they are understaffed. I spent around an your and a half here and the beauty consultants we're to busy to answer my questions because they were to busy ringing out customers. With that being said, when a staff member was available, they were pleasant and helpful.they were able to give my mother some great advice on her beauty routine. I just wished she was able.to.get more of this help. On another note, the store was extremely hot and I don't think they even had the air conditioning on. It was 90°F outside and probably around 79°F in the store. This made our hour and a half visit extremely uncomfortable, especially since EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK DUE TO COVID-19. It was uncomfortable.One of the best things about Sally's beauty store was the vast amount of items that were discounted or on clearance. There were literally hundreds of items marked down. Most were marked down 70-90% of retail. We bought some extra large name brand shampoo bottles, normally retails for $40 per bottle, for just $1.50 per bottle. This was almost like giving it away. Absolutely no doubt the highlight of our trip to the store. All in all, I think the item selection is really just AVERAGE at best. Nearly every item here could be found at drug stores and big-box stores, and at a cheaper price! This location doesn't even sell makeup bags. How does a beauty supply store not stock or carry ANY makeup bags? Literally has no makeup bags or organizers. This is why I cannot give my experience any more than 3 stars.If you are looking for bargain prices on quality products, then give this place a shot. But, if you are looking for a place that has a large variety of different makeup brands, and item selections, I CANNOT recommended coming to this location.its a shame because my mother was extremely excited to come here, as she doesn't ever get out due to her disability.One last side note. I spent over $250 here and enrolled into the loyalty program. It's been 72 hours and I never received the $20 gift card I was told I'd get (via the Sally's app)
