I purchased furniture for my granddaughter. The furniture is very high quality! The delivery service is superb. One of the Crystal knobs did not work. I called and spoke with Ken. He immediately said he would send another out and apologized. Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend this store. The salesperson was a sweetheart not pressuring me to purchase and insightful as to what I was looking for. I wouldn’t waste my time shopping around. You can’t do better than Room For Kids in Naperville!!!!!

Fully endorse Ken Eggert! We went in and talk to Ken today (7/3/21) and walked out with a bed for a picky 11 -year old. Ken is not pushy in the least bit and gave us plenty of options to choose from. Thanks Ken!

My husband and I first went here at the end of February and we really liked a crib and they originally said it wouldn't be available until April 5th which was MUCH BETTER than what we had heard elsewhere but at the time, we figured we'd keep shopping before making a decision. We tried to go elsewhere but that didn't work out either so we called Ken and it was a match made in heaven! He actually remembered us, honored the price and options we had discussed (he even put it in writing on a business card) and since I wanted a different color than I had originally intended on, when I asked when can I get it (hoping April 5th was still feasible) he said Saturday morning. I almost cried from excitement (and pregnancy hormones LoL) and I said, let's do it NOW! Shortly after our call, he promptly emailed me my receipt, the name of the person handling delivery and assembly. On Friday afternoon, my husband texted the delivery driver who responded almost immediately and said he would be here between 7:30 and 8 am. Saturday morning, the driver texted and said he'd be here by 8 and at 8:00 am they were here. The 2 delivery guys were very respectful about not wearing shoes on our carpet and at 8:21 am they left and our baby room was as impeccable as we'd left it for them. They did a GREAT JOB and were super polite and respectful! We will definitely continue to support their business! Ken and his wife are beautiful people and great to work with. Thank you both again and GO HEELS!!!! ???

The easiest furniture puts have ever! My kids loved it, Ken the owner of very nice and let the girls try out all the bunkbeds they like. The service was easy and great! If you’re looking for kids furniture this is the place!

I absolutely hate writing reviews but I had to take some time out to do this for this amazing company. If you are looking for kid bedroom sets, look no further. Their furniture is amazing. I bought a loft bed for my daughters almost 1.5 years ago and it is the most beautiful set ever. Upon installation, we had a few problems with the furniture, Ken and his team handled everything right away. Almost a year and a half later and we had a problem with the slider on the drawer. I contacted Ken to ask about my warranty and to see if they could fix. He messaged me the next day and came out to fix it himself. I will never go anywhere else for my kid furniture needs and recommend them to everyone!

If you're looking for the best quality furniture for your kids that will last their lifetime, look no further! If you want garbage there are hundreds of other furniture locations in the Chicagoland area but I promise you are wasting your time. Ken is awesome and takes customer service very seriously.

We visited this store in January 2018, and bought a bedroom set for our kids. One of the items, a horizontal bookshelf, was not available at the time. They guaranteed that this would be delivered separately later, and we prepaid for it, together with the rest of the order. The timeline for delivery came and went and there was no delivery or contact from the store. We initiated what turned out to be an incredible ordeal, contacting the store by phone and email, repeated times. Through this period we got them to acknowledge our messages three or four times, while most of them went unanswered. They never disputed that they owed us the bookshelf, but never explained what was going on or when we should be receiving it. I write this review in December, 2019; WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECEIVE DELIVERY OF OUR PURCHASED FURNITURE FOR TWO YEARS! A few months ago we threatened for the first time to write about our ordeal in these review forums. Within hours they responded to our message, saying that this bookcase is no longer made, and offering to reimburse us for the amount we had paid almost two years ago (never acknowledging that the kids' bedroom would forever lack a bookcase matching the rest of the furniture we purchased from them). Well, this was three months ago, we never received payment, and they never acknowledged our follow-up emails. We are now starting legal measures against the store and I decided to leave this review in as many forums as I possibly can.

Ken was great it was a great experience going into his store, he explained in detail what we should have in the baby’s room, great customer service.
