Im not one to normally post negative stars or comments but dealing with Regus on a situation recently has warranted this star review. If you have any issues and have to go thru portal to dispute or even pay it is the worst time suck you will endure. The location can’t help no response from management. I will not work out of a Regus again.

This place was excellent. The staff bend over backwards to be accommodating. The suite was perfect.

This location allowed a former employee to sign an annual contract without my review. When I realized this after the employee was fired, they demanded I continue paying the contract. Shortly thereafter the company sent my company to collections for the balance of the total remaining contract. Maria handled the situation, was defensive and accusatory in tone throughout. Regus centrally has not been willing to meaningfully engage with me in a conversation about this. The employee signed contracts for several locations in annual arrangements and was allowed to do so, and I am being expected to pay as if I had been aware.

Pretty impressed with this location. Reduced by one star because the price is very high relative to other similar services.

I would do negative stars if I could. I signed a month to month contract, but when I went to cancel they said I am locked in until 2025! I have called and emailed no less than 50 times and have no received ONE single call or email back. I am still being charged despite being told I could "cancel at any time". The employee, Jessica Roy, is also a terrible employee and should be fired immediately. She had received over 10 voicemails from me and probably 20 emails and has not returned a single one. She should be fired immediately.

Great facility. Lovely staff. Always clean. Price isn't the cheapest, but worth the service and presentation. Quiet offices I rarely hear my neighbors. Phone and internet included! Very rarely is internet interrupted.

Great location in downtown Naperville. It's about a ten minute walk from the train if you are coming from the city. Nice decor, excellent staff and a great place to meet clients.

Anyone looking for office space must look into the Regus downtown Naperville location! This location is top quality and the service is great! Lisa, Carol and Amanda are the staff that run the office during hours of operation. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful with anything we need. Thanks!

The Naperville location is one of the more beautiful centers I have been to in the burbs. the staff is outstanding. Plan to return many times.
