Update: still doing hair here. Jessica is great, and unusually fast. You're out of there in record time with fantastic hair!
Update 2: I still won't go anywhere else. Jess is wonderful.

Erin Stack is absolutely amazing. I booked Erin through Refined Beauty for my wedding hair and makeup, and I would 100% reccomend her to anyone. I am VERY picky about my hair and makeup. In fact, it was the only detail I was worried about for my wedding. Erin completely wiped away all of my worries when I did the hair and makeup trial with her. She absolutely nailed my vision. She also made adjustments to everything I asked for. She is very detailed and quite the perfectionist. On top of all of that, she's incredibly sweet and has excellent communication. Truly I was blown away by her talent. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you Erin. You are an amazing hair and makeup artist. Worth every penny. Photos by: Callie Rose Photography

I went for my bridal hair and make up trial today. The salon is so cute and Janet is amazing! She was so easy to work with, explained all my options, listened to what I wanted, etc. She did a great job and clearly knows what she is doing! My mom got her trial too and I can honestly say Janet transformed my mom's hair! I am so excited for my wedding and thankful to have found this salon!

Don't recommend this salon for various reasons (not listing ALL but see pictures for proof of uneven haircut/bangs). Reached out to them with my concerns, asked them to explain all the diferent charges (& to keep communication via email for records), but it's been weeks so thought I should warn others. 1st hair salon experience and I could never go back! My only advice is stick to what you want and don't let them convince you otherwise (they do it for their convenience). How I regret this "change" so much ?

This review is specifically for Erin Stack. She listened to exactly I wanted, was careful to make sure I understood what she would do, double/triple checked the length with me, and she took her time to make sure everything was even and perfect. She also respected my preference to not chit-chat the whole time since I prefer to relax quietly during appointments. The scalp massage was an unexpected amazing bonus.
Hannah was also able to take me in for an impromptu brow and lip sugaring. She was a perfectionist who explained everything to me and I am super happy with my brows. She was conservative and careful and made sure to check in with me as she went.
The whole salon is very clean and cute, it has a homey vibe with good music. I was offered a beverage multiple times and everyone was really welcoming. I have found that some salons can be a little off-putting and impersonal, but I felt at ease here. I'm glad to have found my new place to get my hair done!

Went in for a trim. Saw Gabby because my regular stylist was out. She did a great job. Changed the style up a bit, very happy. Love this salon.

Amazing wedding hair!
Refined Beauty was great! I used them for hair only but had an amazing experience. I worked with Erin and she was perfect. She totally got the vibe I was looking for with my wedding hair and got super nice extensions for me as well. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair for the wedding as well. Refined Beauty was super accommodating with my larger bridal party which I really appreciated!

Stylist: Always been the type to show an inspo pic and leave disappointed, however Erin did not disappoint! Very talented and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be going back. Great service and prices.

First time at Refined Beauty and loved my overall experience! They were so accommodating and respectful of my request for a private space to get my haircut. The room was beautifully decorated and designed as was the overall salon. Erin my hairdresser was wonderful! She was so thorough and did a great job! Definetly will be coming back. On my way out, they had a skincare event, so I ended up getting an unplanned facial which was a wonderful unexpected treat! Hannah was so great during the facial and gave the most relaxing neck massage.

Gabby always does my hair exactly how I pictured even when I have trouble explaining exactly what I want. She is so talented, professional and kind. I’m glad I found this salon and will continue coming back for all my hair needs.

My favorite hair salon in Naperville. Everyone is super friendly and caring. Gaby is my stylist and she is so knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and kind. I appreciate the cost transparency and clear communication. I also noticed how hospitable and welcoming everyone is. I am very happy with the place. Great salon!
P.s English is not my first language and sometimes I get a little anxious talking to new people, but I felt so relaxed and easy with everyone there.
