I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, WHAT HE DISCUSS WITH YOU IS NOT WHAT HE FILES AND DOES NOT EVEN HAS THE COURTESY TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW WHAT HE FILED.i SIGNED THE PAPERWORK TO EFILE AND HE TURNS AROUND AND FILES A DIFFERENT NUMBER.

Would give negative stars if I could! Worst accountant that I have had to work with. Not speaking about him as a person but as a businessman and professional he does not conduct himself professionally. He overcharges and as soon as he realizes that you do not want his services he changes his behavior with you as well. He seems like a fraud who is having someone else help him which is why he double charges. He has no sense of ethics. He withheld legal documents that he was supposed to return. The problem was only resolved after the police got involved. I just have had such a bad experience that I want to prevent anyone else from ever going through this. Please save yourself the trouble and do not trust his services. Again, not speaking about him as a person because I don't know him personally, just speaking from my interaction with him as an accountant.

Not reliable in his work, had to help a friend get back a refund after threatening to go to the police. He may do his work, but he tries to charge far more than the average tax preparer and has hidden fees within the refund. You're better off avoiding any potential problems and going to someone who is legitimately certified and knows how to maturely deal with customers.

I met Mr. Muthu Radha back in 2010 and subsequently, we became very good friends. He has been handling my tax filing since 2010. He is very knowledgeable and has been advising me in my finances. Great person and always reachable any time whenever I need some advice on taxes and personal finances.

Muthu told me he would file an extension, which he did not. Now I am left to pay hundreds in fees because he told me something that he did not do. His true character comes out when he realizes you won't be purchasing any of his other products. The "helpfulness" is but a thin veneer to sell you things. Unfortunate as we thought he was a good human being.
