We called R & S on 5/29/2024 for a repair on our old door as well as installation of a new door. Markas came to the house on 5/29, repaired the old door and gave us a quote on a new door. Markas was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He gave us a quote and said that the door would be installed on 5/31. I forgot to ask whether the door panels were insulated. I called the office, left my question and Thomas called back promptly with the answer to my question. The panels are insulated.
Markas came on 5/31 to install the new door. Again, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions that I had regarding the installation of the door. Markas really knows what he is doing in garage door installation. He made the job look so easy, but I know that it is hard work. He also installed the trim around the door and did a great job.
I would recommend R & S Garage Doors to anyone. I am very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the quality of the installation work performed by Markas.

I was a little skeptical of the low price compared to other area outfits and Costco, but I was not disappointed in the least. Markas installed my garage door to perfection. I was super impressed by the knowledge, maturity, and professionalism of the 22-yr old installer. I definitely recommend R&S to others...don't even waste your time trying to find a lower price or better installation service. Thank you very much!!

Do not use this company they are the biggest rip off artist out there. A cable broke on my garage door when I was at work. The ended up charging my wife 328 dollars for less than 1 hours work. The labor and service call was fine, what was crazy is they charges 125 dollars for 2 7' cables. you can find high quality cables for 15:00 dollars. When I called I got nothing but attitude. I been in construction for 40 years. This company sucks If i could give them zero stars I would

Husband damaged the rails on the garage door. We had to replace everything ( original was super old). Emailed on Thursday afternoon, got a call back in 1hr. Very helpful advise on what opener to purchase. Came out first thing on Friday and replaced everything and set up a keyless entry in 2 hrs. Great price and company to work with. Highly recommend!

Broke a cable, called R&S just before 5pm, Dalius came out before 9am the next day and fixed it under an hour. Dalius made sure the door worked correctly and oiled/lubed it and now it works smoother and quieter than it ever had before. Thanks R&S!
