We were new to the area and had a full home remodel looming. After a google search, we dropped into ProSource on a Saturday and were welcomed in, even though we weren't sent by our contractor. We got hooked up with Rachel and could not have been happier. She made the overwhelming task of picking out tile, grout and countertops easy. The communication was fantastic and everything came in on the promised time line. Plus, Rachel is just a really nice, nice person. You won't be disappointed.

I'd like to start out by saying that Patrick at ProSource of Naperville, saved the day! I was in the process of renovating my 60 year old cottage that's 5.5 hours away in REMOTE northern Wisconsin when my future son-in- law asked to host a surprise proposal there. Given only weeks to get a floor installed, Patrick walked me through the process and I chose a product that was in stock, good to go! Nope, there was a glitch in the order and my floor wasn't going to be delivered in time. Patrick went above and beyond and personally guaranteed that he would take care of the situation and have it delivered on site in time. Per his promise the order arrived in time and was installed...with two days to spare! Way to go Patrick! He approached the situation with kindness and compassion. He knew how special the event was to me and added an amazing human touch, that's something hard to find anymore. A big shout out to ProSource and Patrick!! Highly recommend!!

The very best source for tile, and flooring! The depth of options and the knowledge of the staff is phenomenal. I take my clients here who are designing new kitchens and baths and also those looking to replace their floors...none better! The range of their products is phenomenal and the expertise they bring is an added bonus. You need to check them out! It is a wholesale showroom and not necessarily open to the public, so grab your designer and get over there!

Wow. Customer service with Yvonne was beyond my expectations. She spent time with me and made amazing suggestions. The selection is vast and the quality of the merchandise is top notch. I was overwhelmed at first, but Yvonne made it simple. I highly recommend ProSource and Yvonne!

I found Prosource of Naperville when I started my home remodel project. After searching many other flooring stores, I found exactly what I wanted here. It helped that I was allowed to check out large sample pieces to see in my own home. They have a huge selection of wood, hybrid, and vinyl, flooring. I had already found my cabinets, handles, and faucets before I found Prosource, but they have a good selection of these too. I found my kitchen backsplash tile here and am so happy with it. I worked with Yvonne, who was very helpful and responsive. My orders came in on time, with no issues. I will definitely be returning when I finish the second floor of my house!

Our contractor connected us with Pro Source to place a carpet order. Patrick helped us when in store and afterward with order. I went to the store with my toddler, and he was very helpful and accommodating. In addition, he was in great communication to make sure we got the carpet we wanted. Overall, great experience.

We had an excellent experience with this establishment and our Account Manager, Yvonne. She provided exceptional customer service and superb knowledge for our individual needs. The staff was friendly and very courteous upon entrance til exiting. The showroom floor provides a wide selection of high quality products to meet and exceed your expectations. In addition, you can review inventory online for ordering.

I am a contractor who has been working with ProSource for over 8 years. Generally things have been fine. The first time I had a real issue they wouldn't back their product and site manager won't even return calls or emails.

I can't say enough about my beautiful kitchen I love the quality of my cabinets the construction of the cabinets are solid the color is beautiful from beginning to end i feel the service I received was very professional the attention to detail i truly appreciated .all my questions we're answered in a timely manner Fred was my sales manager and he and his staff are very friendly and welcoming i have since recommended Fred to my friends because I know they will love there cabinetry as much as I do great job Fred keep up the good work .you made my project less stressful .forever grateful .Cassandra moffett.
