Had a great experience sending 2 of our kids to Primrose for nearly 3 years. Friendly staff and great teachers that our kids grew very close with. highly recommend.

Our family was fortunate enough to experience Primrose's Infant classroom. Miss Davy and all of the teachers in the room are truly beyond words. The love and care they show to our daughter is more than we can ask for. they are so observant and communicative and help make us better parents.Additionally, their office staff is absolutely wonderful. Working with Kaelin during enrollment and Jennifer during scouting, both have made us feel so welcomed and held our hand in getting our daughter situated.I cannot say enough about this school and our experience this far. Due to our situation, we have had our children in 3 different daycares in the area and I can say wholeheartedly that Primrose's teachers and staff have been the best we have experienced. Primrose may not have the "biggest" or "prettiest" classrooms, but the level of care and attention they have for your child is incomparable and 10/10.If you are stuck between where to send your child for daycare, let this be your sign that you have found the right place. My only regret is not having found them sooner.

I cannot write enough positive compliments about this school. Due to a move across country, this was the third Primrose, my son has attended and by far the best one. The supportive staff and teachers are excellent and truly care about each child and their education. My son really enjoyed his time there and established an excellent rapport with his teachers. We’ve never had any challenges and if an accident occurred (which boys will be boys, run around, fall and bump their heads), the staff took immediate action and informed us promptly. The curriculum is top notch, there’s special events like reptile and magic shows, they teach basic Spanish and offer extra circular activities, such as Soccer Shots, which not all Primroses offer. I highly recommend this school.

Worst Daycare ever do not take your child her they are unfit. Not only did they fail to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for my daughter they failed to keep her safe. I had several encounters with sanitation and now with injury. They failed my daughter now once not twice but several times. The last straw was them not evening knowing how my daughter fell and hit her head on a sharp object and needed to get 3 stitches from it when they went to give me a story on how it happened they all had something different stories to tell. How is it that nobody knows exactly what happen. I believe they are racist here please be very careful when leaving your children here this place needs to be reevaluated and needs better staff. Danger zone! I would give a 0 stars but that’s not an option

Both our boys have been going here for years and love it. Staff is friendly and professional. Set both our boys up for success when they started kindergarten.

We had to leave this school because we moved to new place. But we had very good experience with this school. My 3 years old child loved his teachers and was happy to go to kindergarten every day. Kids do a lot of academic work every day at this school, that is important for me. Very good school and I'll recommend it to all my friends.

Our children have been going here since we moved to the area two years ago. They are truly family and we are so happy with everything! Our oldest is now in kindergarten and in higher level learning classes because of what they taught him at primrose. Not only is the curriculum great, but the teachers and owner, Jennifer, are so caring and put extra time and energy into everything they do. Thanks for everything you all!

We enrolled our daughter at Primrose School Naperville Crossings in January 2013 after being at another childcare facility for over a year. Having a shy child made it even more important for us to find a place that could help with her social / emotional development while also providing a balanced high quality education. After meeting Jennifer (the owner), we returned for Discovery Day and were amazed to see our daughter engaged and happy throughout the visit. We knew there was something special about this school and were confident that it was the right choice for our family. In just a few short weeks of enrolling in the preschool program, we could see a change in our daughter’s level of confidence, trust, and overall happiness. There is no doubt that this is attributed to the experience, enthusiasm, and genuine love of children by the entire Primrose Naperville Crossings staff. We have peace of mind every day when we leave our daughter in their care. We also need to mention that the communication with parents and regular assessments of our daughter’s progress make us feel that we are true partners in providing a strong foundation for her future. We are excited to see our daughter continue her journey in the Primrose program that teaches kindness and respect while building active minds and happy hearts.
