Pete from Powerhouse washed my house top to bottom today. He went beyond my expectations I look forward to obtaining all of my house washing needs with Pete. Plus he’s a great guy

We had our vinyl siding cleaned for the first time by Pete and it looks great! He was on time, worked efficiently and his attention to detail left our siding, and gutters and windows looking 10x better. When you get in touch via phone he states that his pricing is “per side”, what we assumed was going to be 4 sides, ended up being 7 (although he did give us one side free as a first responder discount which we appreciated). That being said, he does walk you around and confirm the number of sides/price when he arrives and before starting any work. Perhaps changing the verbiage up front would result in less confusion. Overall, we are very happy with the work Pete did and would recommend him for any power washing needs!

Pete did my mom’s house and it looks amazing. He was very professional and a great guy overall. I highly recommend him and his prices are pretty reasonable. Best guy for the job. What are u waiting for? Call him.

My vinyl siding hadn't been cleaned in about 18 years. I got several estimates and Pete was the only person who could guarantee that he could remove the lichen that had accumulated. He was also the only person who did not either request photos or a trip to my home prior to the day of service for an estimate. He also informed me during a phone call that he charged "per side" for his service. I didn't think to question this at the time. When Pete arrived on the agreed upon day, he walked around the house and informed me of the number of sides he would be cleaning. Apparently I was incorrect in assuming that a rectangular house has 4 sides. Obviously, this changed the price dramatically from what I was anticipating and caused an awkward situation. That being said, he worked diligently to clean my very dirty home and remove the lichen as promised. I appreciated his attention to detail. My home and gutters are now meticulously clean. I can appreciate that my job may have been more labor intensive than anticipated. Now that I have had an opportunity to work with Pete, in the future I would probably provide him with photographs so he could give me a more precise estimate, but Pete's unclear pricing prevented me from giving him a five star review.

Pete was amazing. He came out the day after I called. He power washed my house and my paver patio. The house looks amazing. I knew it needed to be cleaned, but I was shocked at how much came off and how good it looks now. The patio too... it looks brand new. Pete is easy to work with and does a phenomenal job! I highly recommend his services.

Pete was power washing on the deck balcony and a garage door. It looks great! Pete was very polite and very professional. I would recommend you call him for your outside cleaning needs.

Pete from powerhouse soft washed and did my window cleaning today. And Pete is a man of his word. My house never looked so clean in 20 years that I lived here. Pete’s attention to detail and work ethic is one of the best I’ve seen. Do not hesitate to call Powerhouse. I spoke with Pete (or the sole owner if this is not his name) on the phone about a month before my service. We had agreed on a price per side of the house. However, when he arrived he asked what the price was, I told him and he said "That's not the price, the normal price is ...". I accepted the price increase. We went around the house which is a rectangle. He did a wonderful job, but then he gave me the total and it was hundreds more than I expected. I assumed rectangle house equals 4 sides. However, post cleaning I am being charged for 6 sides. Had this been agreed upon pre-service I would have been okay with it, but the surprise bit me. This is shady and I will not be using the service again.

This is the first time we had a professional do the power wash. Pete did an excellent job and was very friendly. Liked that he is a local business and has 35 years in business. Could not believe how much cleaner and brighter the siding and bricks look. Very impressed and everything smelled clean too. Thank you for helping us with this project Pete

Pete just power washed my house and cleaned the gutters. They were in bad shape before- I bought a house that had been used as a rental for many years and was not properly maintained. After his treatment and cleaning, the improvement is amazing! Pete himself was nice, professional, and good to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend him if the exterior of your home needs some TLC.

Pete has come out and done multiple commercial projects for me and has done an amazing job this job that he did on my house. This week was awesome and we highly recommend him very polite very professional. I would say my opinion the best in town give them a call guys you won’t be disappointed.
