Jacek and Jaime assisted me in changing my address online and giving me a PNC document with the new address so I could get my address changed at the DMV.

Really nice people! But whenever I come in with a paper check they put it in the wrong account lately. It makes a huge difference when my interest only builds in savings when I maintain a certain balance but it takes me time to realize you ignore when I asked you to use that account instead of checking. Please be more careful!
