Planet Fitness is a welcoming and clean workout facility with a Judgement Free Zone. The staff is excellent, helpful, and always greets members with a smile. The equipment is in very good condition, though some machines may need repairs. It is a fairly chill place with a great manager who keeps it in tiptop shape. Members appreciate the Black Card amenities and find it a good place for a fair price, providing a nice way to start a workout.
You really need to update the massage chairs The Villa Park location has the best also please tell your staff to stop leaving the front desk unattended when people are trying to use their black card amenities it's ridiculous
