The corsage, additional Decorative prices fell off, the ribbons which looped around were cut too short causing the loose ends were just loose, one one of the three corsages, we had to apply a band aid to keep from penetrate the skin

I was in a big hurry to grab two “nice” arrangements. I called ahead and asked if they had what I wanted. They did. The person who I spoke with was very kind and helpful. The shop huge. I did pay a premium price, but I also feel I got a premium product, which is what we call a fair trade. Will go back again! They had the best faux plants I’ve seen.

They did amazing, I needed 2 bouquets for a graduation and they made them in under 20 minutes and they look wonderful. Very friendly staff and great prices

Chris was amazing, very helpful, and kind. Chris greeted my family and I as we entered the store, and she remained close by to assist as needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she handled my every request with great care and professionalism. The assortment could have been better, in my opinion, but the customer service more than made up for that. I will surely be back in the near future.

Although I am not an expert in floristry, I recently visited a florist with my son for a specific purpose. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in selecting and creating a floral arrangement that suited our needs. I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service.

Phillip’s Flowers did an impeccable job with the flowers I ordered. The bouquet was exactly as pictured from their website (which I’ve found is not always the case at other floral shops) and the delivery was super quick. I made the mistake of waiting day of to order (and right before Mother’s Day weekend) and they were so amazing and were able to complete my order and get the flowers to their destination before noon. Highly recommend!!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the arrangement that Lynn and the staff made for my brother in law’s celebration of life. Their helpfulness, kindness, care and attention to detail brought smiles to an otherwise very sad occasion. His spirit was truly captured in the arrangement.

I always use this shop to send my mom the most beautiful flower arrangements! I never get to see them because I'm calling from Oregon and my mom is in Illinois, but I trust them completely to always get the order right and put together the most beautiful arrangements! I love hearing how happy they make my mom, and how much life they get out of their fresh and seasonal arrangements. I just tell them my mom's favorite color and they do the rest. Been calling them for years and even when I have accidentally called at the last minute (sorry!), they always come through. Super happy and handy to have them in my contacts!

This is a way over due review, but I have been a customer for years. I don't get my flowers anywhere else but Philips. They are the BEST!!! This morning, I came in last minute and ordered a nice flower arrangement for my mom's birthday. When I came back an hour or so later, I about fell over. It was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. (Victorian Romance). Thanks again!
