In fact, every time we walk in, we're always excited to see what new, surprising deal we might happen upon. Whether it be electronics, food, gas, clothes, or household items, Costco is definitely the place to check first. And pretty soon, this won't be the only Costco in Naperville--the second one opens on August 19th! No wonder why it was decided to have a second one...there's just so much demand for their products! “Reply to review from Kathryn: The patient asked us to falsify a claim to save her $1300 against our ethics and billing integrity, we spent 30 minutes on the phone with the patient tried 3 different coupons and two commercial insurances all were provided by the patient and were honored to attempt towards the claim subject of the call. We were very respectful and honored all given coupons but we had to decline her request to falsify the claim to bring the amount down to the desired amount. this is not ethical. I hope you understand that we are working with ethics and integrity and we will not violate any laws or regulations.”

“Re: Covid testing. Unfortunately, they said 24-48 hours for result notification and it’s been about 5 days. I called the number they give for the testing lab and no one answers (just rings and rings). I called this pharmacy and they said it’s a Chicago-wide there is an inundation of test kits on labs and labs can’t keep up. I think the staff at this pharmacy is helpful and they are aware of the issue and don’t have much control of it, even though he profusely apologized. It is frustrating to not have results when they said but I don’t hold it against them and don’t see it reflective of their business. I just wish I had known to expect to wait so long to get results (and still don’t have them). Hope this helps!”

“i had a very frustrating situation between my doctor and a different CVS location. i ended up at this CVS twice trying to figure out my issue and the pharmacist (Jennie) saved the day BOTH times when everyone else at the other CVS locations were so unhelpful. she took the time to resolve my issue which meant a lot (especially when you’re so sick with the flu you barely have the energy to go to one CVS let alone three).

Literally always a problem with these guys. They send notifications saying that prescriptions are ready for pickup (in this case Sunday) then tried to pickup (wednesday) and they tell you it's expired. Call my provider and get it resent the following morning and they say they're out of stock of the medication. In the past they have had issues because they didn't ask for my updated insurance and had an expired one on file.
Just seem to be completely unorganized and unapologetic when things go sideways--which seems to be 75% of the time.”
