24140 Lockport St Unit 100, PlainfieldWe used the Welcome Waggin for the first time this week to put our 14 year old miniature schnauzer to sleep. We had never used a mobile vet service and didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Fagan and Sarah were very kind and helped us through a very difficult experience. They explained all of our options and the process to us, as well as any potential things that could happen given my dog’s cardiac issues. They were so gentle with her and gave us enough time to say goodbye and provided us with some words of encouragement that helped me feel significantly better. I feel so much more at peace knowing my dog passed away in her favorite spot with her favorite people in a relaxing and loving environment. Thank you to Dr. Fagan and Sarah for your compassion and assistance on a very difficult day for our family! We will certainly be sure to recommend the Welcome Waggin to others.

He goes a couple times a week to daycare and that tires him out, which we love!! Soon he’s going to be starting some training with them. And this past weekend he also went for boarding for the first time. He seemed to do really well and they sent us some pics of him soaking up the sun. Happy to have found these awesome, dog loving people! ? Highly recommend!

Kathy and Gayle are GREAT with our pup and respectful of our home. They even leave a little note to let you know how your dog did and send a picture during their visit. Scheduling and billing is very simple, communication is great, and pricing is fair. So far, our experience has been far superior to daycare and we'd highly recommend!

Bonnie (owner) and April (dog walker) have been exceptional! April met my furbaby and I prior to his first walk to explain the process and make sure she had a meet and greet with him. Communication is great and I am 100% comfortable knowing my little man is in great hands with April. I get pictures and a text update with every walk and truly gives me peace of mind. Highly highly recommend!!

Oakley is more than a handful - very skittish, was never socialized - the typical COVID dog. We took her to stay with Chris while we were on vacation for 11 days and she came home a completely different dog! She was socialized with different dogs and was able to see how "dogs should be". She is now sure of herself, not nearly as skittish and is so much happier. I cannot say enough great things about the care and attention Chris gives each and every one of the dogs she cares for. Definitely a 5 STAR company!Thank you Chris for going above and beyond for our girl!

She was already spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and her behavior assessed by a certified trainer. Counselors provide an in-depth counseling session on the dog along with discussing training and vet care. Everyone was friendly and helpful. An animal is a long term commitment - so this process is necessary for success. Seeing some of these bad reviews just makes me wonder if some reviewers just weren’t getting their way… Bad reviews only hurt the animals in need.
