As a former vendor and a frequent shopper, I am appalled and shocked to see Holly gone. Many vendors choose Painted Tree over other alternatives like Rustic Fox because of the warm and supportive atmosphere created by Holly and Patty at the Naperville location. I’m not sure if this was a budget cut or what… but it’s become clear time and time again that Painted Tree prioritizes their money over making sure vendors and customers are supported and put first.

A lot of good items. However, the return policy is horrible. 48 hours?! Didn't know until after I purchased the item. I bought an item as a gift but then had to show it to the person I was giving it to before the date I was going to give it to see if I needed to return it. Good thing she liked it, but I spoiled the surprise. How about at least a week or two for a return? I can't even mail something as a gift from here.

Oh my goodness… I have passed by this really cute sign on the outside of the shop and admired it, but had no idea how much fun it is on the inside! It’s loaded and very organized with tons of little boutiques… All kinds of everything… Small businesses. I bought a huge gorgeous ZZ plant from E14 and will definitely be back! Love supporting small businesses!!

I love shopping and supporting all of the small businesses here!! I don’t know how I never noticed this place but it needs more attention. The staff is so welcoming and Kirsten walked with me to find exactly the candles I was looking for.

One star but I’d give it a zero if I could,Walking into this store I felt unwelcome the second I got in. I feel as if I was racially profiled by the employees. I don’t recommend going in here alone or with family really. FIND BETTER MANAGERS!!!!!

Nice stuff over priced the staff was very dry don't greet or help much I would say I sure won't return to that location if I can't get a greet or smile or even a thank you after a purchase I won't return other customers in front of me got greeted and invited to an event the next day I would say because I don't look white I didn't get invited no worries at all won't return....
