I applied for a car loan yesterday. Since the application, I went from an average of 1 spam call per day to 27 calls yesterday and 23 so far today (its 1030am). They lied when I confronted them about it, saying they don't sell my info but it is so obvious they sell it to everyone they can.

Came in and talk to Dawn Martin about opening a Checking, Savings account and Auto loan. She made the whole process the best ever experience I ever had. Even with all my up and downs in my quest for a new car in this high demand for a picky girl she never made me feel like I was a pain! I highly recommend her and Green State!

I can see people complaining about this and that. I was banking with Chase before I switched here. What a experience. With Chase you are just a number, here you feel like family. I'll start with Daniela the branch manager. She will do the best she can to help you with your banking needs. Chandra, Laura, Joanna and Dave will help you with your oxford app ,advising you about what type of account is good for you or helping you with personal loans. I will never go back to a big bank.

Thought i would share my experience so other customers dont get taken advantage of. Have been with oxford for over 15 years. Moved to Chicago in April. I submitted my new address not only in person but also online. Apparently the change didn't process so Oxford took money in "undeliverable mail fees" for months although i was receiving my statements that were being forwarded to my parents new address. They took out these fees for over 6 months before i realized. I only use online banking and the app where you cannot request an address change. I called to clear up the situation and was told they have reached out multiple times "'meaning they kept sending mail to my old address" instead of calling me or notifying me via email....the branch manager told me she advocated for me yet did not remove all the fees taken every month out of my account(only returned $20). I have gone out of my way to come into oxford personally for any information or account change for over 15 years, yet my bank cannot call or email me to let me know my address change did not process and just continue to charge behind my back. Only reason i realized where the charges were coming from was with a google search telling me it's how smaller banks are making money off unaware customers. Truly disappointed because i have grown up with this bank and personally know the tellers. Sadly i will be closing my accounts as well as my family members after the holidays. Please beware because the fees in total which they couldn't specify how much was taken in total, were more then my utility bills. Bring your business to a bank that cares for there customers.

It's a very friendly bank. They make you feel welcome and they are very helpful.
