I recently switched from a large pharmacy to Oswald’s and I have been very pleased. My prescriptions have been filled much quicker than in the past. Melissa the manager helped out, even offering to call my doctor, when I had questions about how the script was written. She also highlighted potential interactions (which wasn’t explained to me by the prior pharmacy or doctor). Excellent customer service so far! As a plus, my wife says the store is so cute!

Amazing customer service! Nancy was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I called several pharmacies and was not able to find my prescription nor received any info on when it would be available. I finally called Oswald’s and Nancy let me know it was on back order and that she transfer my prescription and attempt to fill it. Within a week my prescription was ready for pickup.

Wonderful experience... Jonathan assisted in installing a new battery for my mother's wheelchair. He was wonderful and the experience with Oswald's Pharmacy a great one! Thank you!

NOT HAPPY !My mom has stage 4 cancer and the arm cuff on the Omron machine is too large. Purchased a size small and was told it would work because it's the same brand.If it was the wrong size, that would be a me problem, but it doesn't even fit the machine I have. I purchased it based on your employees knowledge.Different attachment, NO REFUNDS, thanks for screwing me over.Took your advice and lost money.I'd give Negative 5 Stars if possible.

Veronica was very knowledgeable about all variety of rollators and walkers and helped us make the right choice for my Mom. She let us try a variety of models and explained the pluses and minuses of each. Great service!

We have had the best experience purchasing a lift chair at Oswald’s Pharmacy. We were able to try all the chairs out and got all our questions answered by a very knowledgeable staff. We were also able to get same week delivery. I would highly recommended visiting Oswald’s for all your lift chair needs.

Oswald's is the BEST. And it's a fun store to shop in too. But mostly their staff is so very helpful. Today I had a wonderful experience with a man named Eraldi who was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave me all the answers I needed. This store can't be beat. There's a reason they've been around so long.

I went to Oswald's medical supply area earlier this week with my parents to purchase a rollater for my dad. THANK YOU so very much to Eraldi for your help and patience in making sure it’s a good fit for my dad’s walking/sitting needs and my mom’s folding/lifting needs. It was so valuable to have someone talk us through the features and they could actually try it as opposed to just ordering something online. He is now in touch with a wheelchair company to see if he can order a replacement seat and back for a wheelchair we temporarily borrowed from a friend. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

My wife Deborah and I came to this medical supply in Naperville today to find products to alleviate her pain. Currently Deborah is facing surgery for a pinched nerve.
