Had my Tesla damage in front. I was given a reasonable quote and a time for completion. My car was completed on time with great quality. Don’t get fooled by the look of the place. I am totally satisfied and will go again in the futue

Absolutely horrible experience. I was promised my car would be finished within two weeks. Three months later, i finally took the car off their lot with a flat tire and dead battery after they tore the side mirror off and took another two weeks to repair. I was promised rental car reimbursement of $1800 which I have still yet to get from Jaime. He refused to answer calls during the last three months and will lie about why not returning calls. Horrible business so do not send your car there especially when getting money from an insurance company. They are a total scam. STAY AWAY!!!Also the interior of the car was a complete mess when the car was picked up. They do not take care of your property the way good businesses should.Any good review they receive must be from friends or not recent. Nothing but a hassle.

Worst experience ever! I was told the car would be ready in approximately 2 weeks. I dropped the car off in October and it was returned late December. At one point when Jaime said the car was finished, we drove out there and found missing parts, dead battery, flat tire and a broken side mirror from them backing the car out of the garage. It took another three weeks to repair. We were promised, due to the extended stay at their shop, a rental reimbursement would be given to us. I will never see the $1800 they owe me. I would have never kept the rental that long if it wasn't for their "promise." Jaime will find every excuse on why your car is not completed. He will not answer his phone nor be at the shop. We went to the shop daily for three weeks to at least see the car since they would not answer their phones. They had the door locked with a ring doorbell. We could hear them working but would never answer the door or their phones. They did not fix things the insurance company said to do but i wanted my car off their lot and back in my possession.

I went here for detailing work for a few spots around my car and they did a great job - the exterior looks good as new! They were honest, efficient, and very reasonable in price. I would definitely come back here to get future detailing work done.

Jamie and his crew are amazing. They serviced both my vehicles. They literally took no time and they were so affordable and helpful. I have recommended them to everyone I know that may need repair work done. I have a 2014 focus and a 2018 atlas and they didn’t shy away from any of my problems.Service: Tires

This is the shadiest business I have ever experienced. ANY POLICE OFFICER IN WILL COUNTY WILL TELL YOU ABOUT HIS LONG LIST OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. Do not trust Jaime Crespo. This man keeps a jar of weed in his run down messy office space. The lack of professionalism is shocking. Please go to the attorney general's office to file a complaint & the Better Business Bureau.
