The service staff are wonderful. Dry helpful. Give great suggestions when your shopping for an person that you have no ideal what they like. But the staff will try to walk you to the process to find that gift.

What a wonderful gift shop! I came in looking for something very specific, and although the owner did not have it, she was gracious enough to make referrals and ALSO she personally called the owner of another small business to inquire for me. WOW! I was blown away by her generosity to take the time to do that for me. Thank you Occasions for amazing customer service! You are what small local businesses are all about!

Occasions not only has a wonderful selection of gifts for the important people in my life — but I also often shop JUST FOR MYSELF! Perhaps the best thing about this adorable shop is the helpful and kind staff. Even when I walk in alone, I always end up feeling like I just went shopping with my closest friends. Definitely recommend!

Occasions is my go-to store for gifts and a treat or two or ten for me. Whether you are looking for a birthday, hostess or holiday gift, they have a lovely selection. The staff is super friendly and who doesn’t love easy parking and complimentary gift wrapping. No wonder it was voted Naperville’s best gift shop!

Best small local store for that special gift. Jewelry in many price ranges, candles by Voluspa are great. I really like all the cute tabletop dip and serving bowls. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a collection of Houston Llew wall tiles that I had only ever seen seen in Florida and loved them there, so it's nice to see a large collection in person. I like to shop local and support the small mom and pop shops.
