This is the third time that I have gone to THE NW INCONVENIENT CARE ON RICKERT, in Naperville, where they did not have a person available to draw blood for blood work that my physician ordered. I was told that they have a person who can draw blood in Wheaton at the same location that my physician happens to be located. This is what happens when a "Mega" health system takes over a local hospital system like Central DuPage Hospital. In addition when you enter its like going to the deli counter at Caputo's where you take a number and wait to be called. No receptionist available! But there was a sign saying no lab services available unfortunately there was no sign letting you know when THE WOULD BE AVAILABLE. Abysmal.

We come as soon as the children feel bad, we just don’t make extra trips. But this is the second day we have been denied due to some kind of congestion when the lobby is absolutely empty. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day, but they told me it’s first come, first serve, but they don’t put me in line. This woman doesn’t take me for the third time. because of her I don’t even want to come to you

I have used this immediate care location twice in two months and received the best care I could ask for. Members of my family have also used this location as well as other immediate care locations and this is now our go-to, although we hope to not need it. The providers were thorough and accurate. The support staff is kind and clear. They couldn’t see me one day but recommended what to do the next morning. In one case I was VERY sick and was helped very quickly. It’s been a very rough cold/flu season and they have helped us enormously.

The gentleman who initially took my call with regards to possibly making an appointment was the same gentleman who greeted me and checked me in when I arrived for my appointment on New Year’s Eve. He was incredibly kind, professional, personable, friendly and interactive, just an all brown pleasant person who is absolutely right for the job. What an amazing experience just with my check-in! We had a nice conversation, and that helps even calm the spirit when you’re here for an appointment for the unknown that isn’t right with your health.Judy, who took my vitals, was an incredibly kind person, and she was a gentle beacon of light in all interactions.

I am shocked by this center. I will never go there again. I went there, provided my insurance, and they processed everything, admitting me. They prescribed pills and eye drops. I received the pills, but they didn't request approval for the eye drops from Walgreens. Then, after 2 weeks, I received a bill for $505. It turns out they don't work with my insurance, and nobody informed me. I feel genuinely deceived in this situation. Previously, I visited another clinic, and they immediately informed me that they don't accept BCBS HMO, and the visit would cost me $250. I mentioned having insurance. Here they took my card, entered the details; I was 100% sure they accepted it. Long story short, find another clinic to avoid receiving a $505 (minimum) bill as a Christmas gift, especially for a visit where no tests were conducted, no touchpoints were made. They just glanced from afar and said it's a severe allergy - that's the $505 price tag.

Not sure why this place has such poor reviews - this has become my go-to urgent care for illness and bloodwork since we moved here last year and I’ve only had good experiences. Wait time is pretty standard for immediate care and all of the staff I’ve interacted with were very caring, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Check in at 11:06 AM... TWO hours later still waiting. Unacceptable.

This place doesn’t value you time. They make you wait more than a hour outside and then same once they take you in, it’s like they forgot you need urgent treatment.

Start treating people with an ounce of respect. I'm just saying.

We go to this urgent care as it’s in the same building as our doctor, 95% time I have felt well taken care of but a few times I have felt the Dr was rushed and over looked things and we have ended going back because we were getting worse. The estimate wait is usually off and sometimes have waited hours to see a doctor.

Had an appointment for an mri for a family member that specifically had an order to do flexion/extension. Got there and the tech said they don't do those imaging. They are not trained either. Why would they have this location as imaging center if they can't do certain images. No supervisor/manager on site at this location. Still waiting on a call back for the supervisor of outpatient clinics.

Went in on a Wednesday for really bad throat pains and post nasal drip, got misdiagnosed with an ear infection which i felt as though was incorrect due to i had little to no ear pain or any symptoms pertaining to a ear infection , only got prescribed amoxicillin nothing to alleviate any pain woke up the next day and went to a different urgent care and was diagnosed with tonsillitis , got prescribed proper anti biotics and pain relievers, I feel as though this clinic is a hit or miss due to me visiting this location before and testing positive for strep but even still going from a ear infection (which the other urgent care said i had no fluid in my ears) to having tonsillitis which my symptoms matched those more is crazy

I came in with a cyst on my back an hour before they close. Got me in and out in 30 minutes! Was happy with the service I received. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

Went here on Tuesday for a sore throat, and was misdiagnosed and prescribed wrong medication. My condition worsened, and went back again on Thursday where I find out I have a throat infection, and should have been on antibiotics since my first visit. Come Friday I wake up and things are worse than ever, and I should have been better by now. Please do better in diagnosing your patients.
