I had Maritza C she did not listen at all I came in and asked for a small trim to get the split ends which was about one inch and then walked out missing 7 inches of my hair. I’ve been growing my hair out for a long time and this set me back 4 years because of my curly hair. I would not recommend this stylist. I appreciate the business giving me a refund, but no amount of money will bring my hair back…

Hi!!! I just wanted to share that I needed a new Salon and Hairstylist and just something new with my hair...Thankfully I found Samantha at Nikki Moon...I started going to her right before the Holidays in Nov of 2019 and my hair has never looked better...her knowledge of what color/cut was best for me/especially when you are looking for a change was spot on and i always love my color (especially when you are trying to hide those grays) Samantha explains what gloss works best for you what color/highlights are best. So please do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Samantha for all your summer highlights and Fall color looks she will not disappoint.

Great salon. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. They give you a high-end experience typically seen in elite Hollywood salons and the price wasn't outrageous. The atmosphere was upscale but inviting.
The front desk ladies seemed genuinely nice.
When I arrived at the shop I was asked if I wanted refreshments. Normally I would say no but it's hot outside! She didn't seem annoyed when I said yes. Didn't catch her name but she was the one with the diamond facial piercing and Jet black hair.
While I'm on the topic of appearance, EVERYONE was well dresses and had great hair! Not kidding!
Did I find my permanent salon? Absolutely. Will I try their other services? Yes!
I wish I found them sooner.
Stylist: Tess was great. She listened and gave suggestions that were very helpful in deciding a direction. She wasn't a chatterbox and most importantly she didn't try talking when using the blow dryer!

I have been coming here for 6+ years and have always received excellent service! If you are looking for a new stylist I would recommend Kate O for all your hair needs.

I started going to Niki Moon in 2018 and haven’t looked back! Amanda has been my girl since the beginning and I couldn’t love her more. She is fabulous at coloring and cutting my hair and I always look forward to our time together at my appointments! Grace is also amazing with blonde from experience as well and so sweet. You can’t go wrong here!

Jessica did a great job cutting my hair and walked me through the process since I hadn’t gotten a haircut in a few years and was a bit weary. I left my appt feeling amazing and even bought the travel size detangler.

I have been going to the salon for over a year. Amanda is my stylist and she is amazing. She always listens and does exactly what you want. She is extremely thoughtful and a delight to work with. My hair is straight and very hard to cut and it always looks great. I was stopped in Whole Foods today by a woman who asked me where I got my haircut, she thought it was one of the best cuts she had ever seen. Thanks so much to Amanda for such a great work.

The person who did my hair at another salon quit, so I was on the hunt for a new place. I was nervous to go anywhere because only one person had touched my hair (cut and color) for years. I used to drive by Niki Moon a few times, so when it came time to find a new hair place, I looked up their website and read reviews. I took a chance and got my first haircut and color at Niki Moon. The result was amazing! I left very satisfied with my cut and color. Seeing the results made me interested in their other services, and because of their salon's incredible atmosphere and hair services, i decided to make a facial and brow waxing appointment. My past experiences with facials and brows were always a mix of ok to bad. Not at Niki Moon! Krista LISTENS to you, has a deep understanding of skin, KNOWS how to treat your unique skin well, and does INCREDIBLE work on brows. My facial was soooo good that my sister and mom noticed the results IMMEDIATELY. They were so impressed with my facial results that they quickly went to book their own facial appointments. It's about a year since the 3 of us have been visiting Niki Moon Salon, and results (facials, haircuts, waxing and shaping brws, and hair color) have been consistently great. I don't even mind the near ONE hour commute I have to take to get from Chicago to their salon because they're VERY worth it.

I recently visited them for the first time for a balayage, root touch up and hair cut, and OMG loved my experience. My hairstylist was Tess and she is so good at her work! She explained everything to me in detail even before touching my hair and kept checking on me throughout the process. I loved how she was super careful about my expectations and delivered right as she promised, in fact even better. If you want excellent service, honest work and talented hairstylist go to this salon!

I have been going to Niki Moon for years and love all the services I have always gotten there! I see Krista every month for my brow shaping & waxing and am so happy with them! She always remembers how I like them shaped and I love chatting during our appts. I have also seen Samantha for hair and Paula for lashes and am happy with their services too! Samantha is always patient when I have new ideas to change up my hair and I’m always happy with how it turns out. The salon is so beautiful and relaxing on the inside too. Highly recommend this salon and the stylists mentioned!

I highly recommend booking spa services with Krista at Niki Moon. Her facials are so relaxing, and she is super knowledgeable about skincare. She provides the most appropriate recommendations for what my skin needs and customizes my treatments accordingly. She is also pretty much the sweetest person on the planet, always making sure I’m calm and comfortable. Schedule an appointment with her; you won’t regret it!

Niki Moon did my hair for my wedding, my sister's, and my mom's and it was fantastic! Our stayed throughout the night and looked incredible. I did four trials at different salons and Niki Moon was leaps and bounds better than all others. Thank you so much ladies! You made my day incredible!
