Very rude employees. Most were on their phones and brought a shoe to the counter for a size, and they just kept talking to each other. Bought on internet for cheaper.

Terrible customer service. Makes exchanging shoes so difficult and asked us to pay more for the exchange when we are literally changing 0.5 shoe size.

The service and shoe selections are average. The latest time I was there I opted for curbside pickup but no one ever came outside. I eventually went inside and they literally only had one customer. This store is sufficient if they have a shoe that I don't want to pay or wait to have delivered.

Excellent shop for Nike products. People there are so nice and professional. Prices not so good, but you have to pay for it.

The downtown Naperville area is an absolute nightmare to navigate a vehicle around however I needed shoes desperately and it was the closest place. The store was great staffed with enough employees to handle each person. The gentleman who handled me saw me pick up a shoe and immediately asked me the size I was looking for and took me all the way through and rang me out at the end quick and easy awesome staff

Nate was a great sales associate. He was very helpful, he greated us as soon as we walked in. He helped us find the perfect school shoe for my son! Definitely go see Nate for your Nike needs!

Every time I go here I'm satisfied. I've bought several products from here. I'm a big fan of the Nike brand and it's high quality. The store employees here have always been helpful. I will continue coming back here because the store always has new stuff on the shelves. Shopping online on the Nike app is one thing, but being able to see the newest items in person is a different level! The store is always clean too and in a great location. I have also returned one product here that I bought from a different location and the process went smoothly.

Granddaughter was extremely happy to find the shoes she has been dreaming about! They could use more staff(who couldn't?) But we were able to get taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

As soon as I enter this store I was not only greeted by one employee but 2 more employees and the store was busy on a Saturday afternoon, they employees are very nice and willing to assist with no hesitation, I bought some Nike air max shoes at this location and they also give you the option to order certain items if it was not available for pick up, overall excellent was definitely nice they deserve this five star rating for sure keep up the excellent work staff.

very unpleasant experience. walked in and got greeted but saw 3 employees just hanging out. we had to go up to someone just to get help. what we wanted was out of stock and the selection was minimal with the shoes.

I visited this Nike store after scoring a SNKRS Pass for a pair of Dunks, which I reserved for pickup at that location. The process was seamless, and the staff was helpful and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I was only there for the one thing, however I noticed that they had a nice selection of footwear, and the location was near other shops, cafes, and restaurants. I’ll definitely visit them again.
