I have been a customer of Naperville Running Company for years now and will never buy running shoes anywhere else. Every experience I’ve had has been stellar. Each associate has always offered friendly service and has provided the best recommendations for shoes and socks. John helped my mom and me today both find the right running shoes for us, and he was exceptional — so patient, knowledgeable, and personable. As someone who used to hate running, I honestly feel inspired to lace up even just by visiting the store. Everything this group does is great. Thank you, NRC.

I just had the best customer service this past weekend! They take the time to fit you into the right shoe size and recommend you accordingly to your needs. Was the first time going there and coming back for sure!

Really attentive and knowledgeable staff. The store contains these machines that scan your foot’s weight distribution to see which shoe features are recommended. The treadmill/track they have in the store are really nice to test which shoes work best as well.

I took my son to NRC today (3/26/24) to get his 1st pair of running shoes. Devin was the associate who assisted him in purchasing the shoes. He started by having my son stand on a machine that shows what type of shoes to consider (i.e stability, neutral, e.t.c) Next, he brought out several pairs to consider. If you wanted to try on other shoes, you're welcome to do so. My son found a pair that fit well and made his feet feel good. We also got some inserts that will provide a great arch support. Devin was a perfect example of a top notch individual (very knowledgeable, friendly, open and highly skilled in running). Thank you, NRC! ?

Dog Friendly business!!!! Staff were amazing and highly appreciated! Dan was super and knowledgeable. Bought a few pairs of shoes from them and will be back! Every exchange I have had was enjoyable!

I ordered a pair of running shoes on Amazon and received my shoes from Naperville Running. They came with a nice note from the shop. Later on I developed a problem with how my shoes were affecting my alignment. I called to get advice bc (I was beyond the Amazon return frame) I didn't want to make the same mistake with my next pair. The gentleman I talked to was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the difference in my two pairs of shoes, gave me some recommendations but also how I could still use my shoes with addition of special insoles if that was a route I wanted. If I lived closer I would be going in their store to try on, be fitted and buy shoes.You won't regret shopping with this company, they are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. If ever am in the area I will be stopping in.Thank you.

John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.
