This place is great. We have had our shoes repaired 4 times. Split seams, new glued in insoles, new heals, even sewed up a hole in a pair of Ugg boots. They do not take credit cards but I believe that keeps costs down. Descent shoes are expensive. Why throw away a pair of shoes you love when you can get them repaired for a fraction of the new price. Seriously, this place is really reliable and fair.

Had my Johnson & Murphy’s resoled. New rubber soles. Top quality craftsmanship. Polished and new laces without even asking. Delivered as promised. Very reasonable cost. Feel as good as new.
Ignore the bad reviews, they do not know what they are talking about.

This was my 1st time visiting this repair shop. It was a pleasure to met Joe the owner. I can say I am well pleased concerning service rendered. Not sure all he can do but thus far what was needed was met. He inquired I pick up in few days but when I called to see if I can get one item next day he was able to have all items prepared. ?? thank you

Great repair shop. We've had shoes and luggage repaired there. Fantastic work and very reasonably priced. This handle was toast and now it's better than when I bought it.

Replaced the heel plate of my chunk heel shoes. Took less than 1 week and a good price. Credit cards are not accepted but you get an estimate up front so you can bring cash when you pick up the finished shoes. Will definitely be back!

Repaired the bottom of my cowboy boots that had shattered within a week. Great price on fixing these real leather boots- and brought them back when I saw a small chip and they were quickly repaired.

Quite rude and unhelpful here, was not greeted at the door, and when he asked questions - he wouldn't even look or touch the shoe. I was simply looking to add holes to a strap to tighten the shoe.. disappointed.
