I discovered NAS when I lived in Naperville and it was super close to my house and loved their service. I moved about twenty minutes away and for 2-3 years I didn’t go there due to distance but failed to find anywhere that was even half as good.
I took a car on the fritz to them last year and remembered in one visit why I loved them and I’ll never go anywhere else. High quality work, extremely knowledgeable, amazing customer service, Geoff and Billy run a shop that is everything you could ever want in a mechanic.

I really didn’t want to write this review because I wanted to keep this treasure all to myself. But I have to give them proper credit. After my experience here, I don’t want to go anywhere else. I had a dealership and another auto place trying to put the screws to me. I came here and they took a look at my car. They even took me to my car and showed me the areas of my concern stating no work had to be done that I was previously told needed to be done by other places. I came back again for service and they gave me an update on the conditions of the rest of my vehicle communicating possible future repairs and maintenance. I have not encountered this approach in vehicle service before. It’s usually my car is a wreck and I need $2,000 in repairs ?. So, a big Thank You Naperville Auto Zone.

Great service. Friendly staff. They go over all inspection findings and give solid recommendations before you decide to buy. I'm going to sell a car and will get it checked there so all issues are upfront.

After getting ripped off several places , I learnt my lesson and switched to this team to help service my vehicle , i would highly recommend this team vs any dealer service or repair chains whose sole purpose is to misguide customers.

Billy and the rest of the guys were great with my Volvo and a pretty major oil leak it was having. They communicate extremely well, price fairly, and are experienced. Highly recommend.

We were so happy to find Naperville automotive. We tend to go to the dealership and a number of occasions we felt the number that was given to us for fixing our car over the years was inflated. You were right. You get an honest answer of what needs to be fixed and what doesn’t and, we’ve never been steered wrong. No pun intended.

They tell you what's wrong, show it to you, and give you an estimate based on what you want done. This is what all mechanics should do!! Will definitely be coming back.
